Great car buying experience; Andrew is fantastic! I was in the market for a well priced, reliable vehicle and had been searching for a couple weeks when I ended up at the dealership across the street I was in the market for a well priced, reliable vehicle and had been searching for a couple weeks when I ended up at the dealership across the street from Mitsubishi. While I was looking at a couple cars, my dad wandered around the lot and caught the attention of a salesman from Mitsubishi. The salesman calls my dad over and like any good salesman, quickly figures out what we're in the market for and pitches a car. I had already decided on a vehicle at the other dealership but my dad called me over to check out what the salesman had to offer. I'm introduced to Andrew Lluen, our salesman, and immediately I feel very welcome and more importantly, valued as a consumer. I had grown tired of other dealerships focusing on my dad as the buyer when I was actually the one purchasing the vehicle. Andrew did a great job of focusing on the person who would actually be owning the car. He showed me a well appointed VW Passat with low miles and great gas mileage. I hadn't considered a VW in my search but Andrew did an amazing job of highlighting all the key features I was looking for while showing me how much more this car had to offer me. After a test drive, I'm pretty sold on the car. Andrew then went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with pricing, financing, and the general purchase. I appreciated his honesty and transparency as a salesman. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he wouldn't make one up or feed me some line, he would admit he didn't know but was happy to find out for me. In the end, I drove off in a beautiful 2014 VW Passat and I couldn't be happier about my purchase. Thank you Andrew for being such a patient and helpful salesman! Value Purchase after weeks of searching online I knew I wanted a 2013 Infiniti G37 with low miles, navigation, and bluetooth. I searched online for weeks looking for a deal I couldn't pass up and c I knew I wanted a 2013 Infiniti G37 with low miles, navigation, and bluetooth. I searched online for weeks looking for a deal I couldn't pass up and came across Anaheim Mitsubishi. They had an excellent used car section with multiple G37's to choose from. To start, I contacted them online and within 10 minutes received a call from Kyle. He answered all of my questions, was courteous, and put me at ease so I decided I would make the long drive up from San Diego. I arrived in the early evening and the car was already pulled up under the lights and warmed up for me to inspect and test drive. Kyle was knowledgeable about the car and was not at all overbearing. He gave me as much time as I wanted to closely look the car over, play with the gadgets and consider my options. After the test drive and carefully looking the car over, I asked Kyle if we could do a deal for the internet price out the door (ie. inclusive of tax, license etc.). He was upfront and honest by telling me no. I expected as much because I had done my research and knew the car was a great deal as advertised, but had to try anyway. With so much competition online, internet prices are already pretty much as low as most dealerships can go and I knew that going in. Once I made the decision to try and make a deal, Kyle introduced me to Tim. It was almost closing time and Kyle had plans with his daughter. I respected the fact that time with his daughter took priority over a sales commission. The transition to Tim was seamless. Like Kyle, Tim was courteous, upfront and honest. Because I'm a stickler, I had to try to negotiate the deal down further. Throughout the process Tim was patient and helpful. Even though it was a Saturday night and the dealership had already closed, Tim never made me feel rushed. I'm sure he wanted to get on with his evening but it never showed. We got the deal done and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I even received a text from Kyle later that evening congratulating me. Overall my experience at this dealership was excellent. I would not hesitate to refer any of my family and friends. While there is not much room to negotiate from the internet prices, you will find that the vehicles they sell are already awesome deals and lower than the competition (ie. Listed as Great Values on Carguru.com). I usually don't leave reviews unless compelled to because of really bad or really good service. I felt it necessary to share my experience because Kyle and Tim both exceeded my expectations. If you are reading this review and are interested in a vehicle they have, do yourself a favor and head down there. You will not be disappointed.....And Kyle and Tim if you are reading this, thanks for being honest and stand up guys in an industry where consumers are usually skeptical from the get go. It was a pleasure doing business with you. More
