A very dishonest company Anaheim Mitsubishi is the most dishonest company I have ever been to. They told us that the car we bought from them had a lot of options which turned Anaheim Mitsubishi is the most dishonest company I have ever been to. They told us that the car we bought from them had a lot of options which turned out to be untrue. The car we bought would have been much less money with those options not being included. (this is per the MBZ dealership) Also, their finance dept is a bit shady too. They try to make you pay $1,200 for a detail job that is optional and when you don't want it, they took $500 off of our trade in. I am going to file a claim with the BBB for fraudulent misrepresentation on this crap of a company. If you buy a car from Anaheim Mitsubishi, then you are a fool. Buyer beware because they will rip you off too. More

My sales person Andres Lopes, and his manager Hector Torres were amazing! I was driving a good distance to get there and I appreciated that the day before our appointment Andres sent me pictures and a video of a few incidental scratches on the car before we made the drive to Anaheim. These gentlemen and the finance manager Luis Alvarez worked with us to make the deal happen, and really listened to, and considered my position and boundaries regarding the finances. I know you might read a range of reviews in the car-sales business based on many factors...All i can say is these guys are 2 hours of heavy L.A. freeway traffic away from me, and I will go out of my way to deal with them the next time I need a vehicle. I was weary of them based on what I'd read online, but I actually had a good experience buying from them. When all is said and done, these guys are salespeople and will often adopt sales techniques. They tried to charge me a $1300 fee for paint protection but I didn't want to pay it so I negotiated it down (not all the way). In the end I was happy with the price I paid, I got an excellent car in top condition, and I would happily buy from them again. Go in with realistic expectations and you will come out happier...I worked with Ameer in their online department and he really looked after me... More
