When the car was ready the service rep came for me, I signed the work slip and went out to my freshly washed car that was waiting at the door. What more could I ask for? I have not commented on the waiting area since it is now a temporary space being used until the totally remodeled new area is ready. They had provided TV, magazines and refreshments as well as comfortable seating. More

I told Mr. Simpson I wanted to drive that car off the lot and he offered us a quote which was unbelievably awesome and made it happen; we couldn't wait to give him our money for fear of "dealer's remorse" developing after giving us such a great price. We immediately asked him could he hold the vehicle until we could get back early the next morning -- we had arrived at the dealership a few minutes after closing time; they worked with us. This was good for us because anyone who would be offered the same deal for the car we purchased would certainly have been driving the car off the lot the same day, as we did the next morning. Each person with whom we interacted was very helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic about us, even though we were not their direct customers. Thanks for all you did to help us enjoy our purchasing experience, making us smile, and giving us a great car which we expect to drive for a long time, a whole lot, on long trips.
