I was overcharged for an oil change. I questioned the service writer, and she was rude and aggressive and said it was accurate. I called the service manager after I left, and she confir I questioned the service writer, and she was rude and aggressive and said it was accurate. I called the service manager after I left, and she confirmed I was overcharged. The service writer should be retrained. I will likely take my vehicles to a different service provider. I don’t trust the ethics of this dealership. More
