My Review of Antelope Valley Mazda:
I ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT AND THE WAIT WAS VERY SHORT. I FIRST CONTACT WAS WITH TERI. SHE TOOK NO TIME AT ALL TO GET THE INFO. THAT WAS NEED TO SERVICE MY MAZDA CX 7. I WAITED FOR THE CAR TO BE SERVICED. THE ONLY WAIT WAS TO HAVE THE SERVICE TECH. TO SEND IN THE INVOICE FOR ME TO PAY. TERI WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AND KATHY TOOK CARE OF ME. ALL IN ALL THE WHOLE THING WENT VERY SOOMTHLY. THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED AV FORD, LINCOLN, MAZDA FOR SERVICE.

My Review of Antelope Valley Mazda:
We were looking for a used car for several weeks. We visited several dealerships in the area and decided to buy at AV Mazda because we felt extremely comfortable with Picker and Bob. Our main concern was to know what we were paying for and Picker offered full disclosure without our even asking. He made sure to work within our budget and never pressured us in any way. After the sale, Picker and the dealership made sure to contact us several times and made sure that everything was going well for us (and not just via email!). They were straightforward, sincere, and helpful both in their knowledge of the vehicle and in negotiating price. We highly recommend this dealership!
