My Review of Antonino Acura:
I've been a customer of Antonino Acura for over seven years now. My wife and I both drive Acuras, which we bought new in 2005 and have had serviced exclusively at the dealer. We continue to be entirely satisfied with the quality of service, value for the price, and the unfailing courtesy and respect for the customer extended by all employees. My 2005 TL now has 213,000 miles, and I expect many more before it is done.

Each Department has obviously gone out of their way to provide; SUPERIOR Customer Service;
While showing nothing but Respect & Dignity, to my husband, myself, & a potential Future Acura Owner
(my 11 YR Old Daughter ; ))!! Seriously, a first for me; having such an honest; informative TEAM approach to

Marvin has comprehensive knowledge of the RDV. He's very professional and patient. It's a pleasure dealing with him. The pricing is acceptable but the final decision was made by the sales manager, not Marvin.

Staff was very helpful and courtious. Gave me a ride to work while my car was being serviced which is incredibly important to me. That's a big reason why I keep coming back to them. No complaints about the actual service. They always do a great job.

My Review of Antonino Acura:
Working with Antonino Acura was truly an enjoyable experience. My family and I were greeted at the door and treated like we were the most important customers of the day. Our original intent was to simply investigate pre-owned vehicles, take a test drive and make a decision on a purchase compared to another brand. The sales associate listened to our needs and immediately took us to the lot where he did a fantastic job on behalf of the dealership and the Acura brand. Within minutes, we realized he was far more knowledgable than associates we worked with at other dealerships and certainly more passionate about his product.

When it came time to talk price, the offer provided to us was competitive the first time. The sales manager introduced himself to us to be sure our needs were met during the visit. He reviewed the offer being discussed and casually pointed out we may be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for only a little more than we'd end up paying for the pre-owned vehicle. There was no pressure at all. We listened to the details and decided to discuss that option on our own. We were encouraged to do that and had no pressure whatsoever to make a decision on the spot. We left and were simply told they would be available if we had any further questions or needs.

Ultimately, we decided to go with a new Acura and returned to the dealership the next day. Returning to Antonino was a pleasure, not a chore. The price offered to us on the new car was extremely competitive without the need for haggling or negotiating. The offer for our trade in was also competitive and consistent with offers we had received from other dealerships. It was clear Antonino's sales team was interested in selling a vehicle and treating us right without fooling around and trying to maximize profit at my expense.

I would return to Antonino without hesitation and have already recommended them to a friend who is considering purchasing an Acura.

i came in to get my mdx recalls taking care of and your device advisor jordan knowles was very helpful on getting everything set up....and had my car out before i was back from lunch...he was even nice enough to get a part of the interior vacuumed that the car wash guys missed....his customer service was above no others....thank you so much

The dealership presents a very neat appearance and the sales staff are courteous and knowledgable. They are willing and eager to please without being pushy.
The service staff are very accommodating and the service is prompt. I have done business with this dealership for over twenty years and have purchased 6 cars from them and have done my routine service with them as well.
