If there is a rate less than 1, that's what they deserve.
Bought a Pathfinder in April 2016. Latter discovered thatUselessc Extended Guarantee was added without my knowledge. Went back within 1 week to cancel it. Refund to the Bank is within 4 weeks! As at today 20 weeks after is yet to be done. This has not taken note of extremely poor Customer Service from Everyone I had to deal with. They also charged for reconditioning of the truck which was not advertised. Found out at my first service that anti freeze, washer water & 2 filters had to be changed. In summarry, if I have some funds I will sell the truck & return to my good trust worthy TOYOTA! Riding the truck daily is DEPRESSING!
"temp registration expired and title papers not sent to MVA"
The finance department did not submit the registration documents to the MVA. Our temporary registration expired and we have not received the permanent registration or stickers after 3 months. The sales person was very good but finance and accounting have been disappointing. Although apologetic, they acknowledge the error after we drove around with a car that was not registered in Maryland with the MVA. Glad I did not get stopped by police!
When we did get the title in the mail, it did not have the co-buyer listed even though all paperwork had myself and husband as co-buyers. Now I have to go back to the dealer to get the title corrected to reflect the buyer and co-buyer. There is no excuse for these mistakes from a dealer that is advertised as being reputable.

Its been a nice experience with this dealership. We got the appropriate help and found a good car what we were looking for. Mr. Mohammad Siddique was our sales person.
