Based on the reviews here I would think Apple is leaving their own reviews. Went in with coupon for free inspection even though people said it was stupid to go there. They failed it. Said 1 tire needed replaced. Needs to have 3/32 across 3 rows of tread. the tire has 4/32 over 3 rows. Told the rotors are severely warped and used the "at mechanics discretion can pass car if felt unsafe" to use as reason to fail fo rotors. I'm sorry but if rotors severely warped wouldn't we feel it or hear it??? Just replaced them in last 3 years.. This place is a joke. Made my husband wait 40 minutes to get car after it was done. POOR SERVICE and receptionist was also rude. Said it was only 20 minutes and felt that long was still okay when the car was done before he arrived???? My husband is not a sucker. He knows about this stuff and checks the car over completely before taking for inspection. He knows the requirements and does our own service. This place is out to rip people off. Should've listened to everyone and not waste our time.

I would highly recommend that anybody looking for a vehicle avoid Apple Chevy at any cost. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I bought a 2001 Corvette there in February 2012. I have no complaints with the car. After hours of negotiating I finally got them to settle on a low-ball price for my trade in. They said it needed tires and the seats redone plus had a new bumper put on at THEIR body shop. I don't understand how they can say their body shop is so great when they don't even respect their own work. As part of my deal I was promised a Corvette jacket. A couple days after I bought the car I e-mailed Ed with the link to the jacket I wanted, as he instructed me to do. Weeks go by and no jacket. So I stopped in to see why. He told me he was a little short on cash but he'd get it for me. I said ok I can understand that. Out of curiosity I walked over and looked at the car I traded in. It was exactly the same as when I traded it. They did nothing but put some stickers on it and park it there. So much for this "work" it needed supposedly. To make a long story short here it is October 2012 still no jacket after more phone calls and visits then I can remember. Bottom line: Don't even look at Apple! To anyone at GM who may read this: It's dealerships like this that are the cause of the bankruptcy. You've done an awesome job of revamping your products, now do the same with your dealers and get rid of Apple!

Ed went out of his way to help us find the exact car that we were looking for. He did not pressure us to purchase the car before we were ready, which took a lot of pressure off of us when making the decision.

Our experience with Apple Chevrolet was a disaster of errors from start to finish.
The saleman lied to us on numerous occasions, On Star, Warranty, Complete service
of vehicle. The oil was not changed for 6,000 miles and we discovered it. Trade
vehicle items were not returned as promised. The salesman would not return phone
calls and the sales manager covered up for him on his failures to follow thru.
Their excuses wore thin and we gave up in frustration. The dealership treated us with
disrespect and like we were dumb as bumps on a log. Really poor customer relations.
I have purchased many vehicles over the years but thio was definitely my worst
dealership experience.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the quality of service we received from Mike. We have friends that recommended this dealership based on their passed experience with Apple Chevrolet. They are definitely raving fans and I can understand why now after leaving there a proud new truck owner. So much that they convinced us to drive from Williamsburg, Virginia. I'm so thankful we listened to them. We will remain faithful customers in the future. I just can't get over how impressive he was. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect the truck we purchased. Thanks Mike for a remarkable experience!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a used vehicle from them, and it has been back 3 times for major problems in 1300 miles. The service department treats you like you are the dumbest person on the planet. I have a bad bearing, and they can't hear it that it's just tire noise. They tell me to keep driving it until it gets worse. I checked it myself and the bearing flops all over. What a piece of work, just keep driving your unsafe vehicle until it gets worse. How much worse does it have to get? Maybe when it comes apart all together, then it'll be fixed. I will never be doing business with this dealer ever again.
