I bought my 2021 Ford Edge in December 2021. . It had a touch screen where it would go blank. They did nothing for almost a year til I finally got on them to get something done. Twice they cal . Twice they called me and said the car was repaired which it wasn't so we had to wait around over an hour each time while they got us a new loaner vehicle. Finally they had to call in a specialist from Dearborn Michigan to resolve the matter. In all fairness I worked with Jake Tetrick and Jake was good but the rest of the service department obviously had their wires crossed. It took 13 months to resolve this problem which is pathetic. More

We replaced the turbos and catalytic converters on my sons 2012 Taurus SHO at home in our garage. After updated the ECU and some quick diagnostic work, the tech found a faulty electrical connection on the turbo. My service tech Cindy, and the Service Manager Dan made this diagnostic repair an easy task. Thanks out to the service team at Apple Valley Ford! More
