Great experience at Apple Ford in Shakopee with Nick Cavallin (Sales Consultant), Ryan Lysne (Sales Manager) and Peter Sulzbach (Finance Manager) in the purchase of my 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks. No Cavallin (Sales Consultant), Ryan Lysne (Sales Manager) and Peter Sulzbach (Finance Manager) in the purchase of my 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks. No hard sell tactics, answered my many questions, went through all the features on Bronco, washed/cleaned and prepped the Bronco for pickup, and handled the final paperwork quickly and efficiently. Pricing was extremely competitive to other 2025 Ford Broncos in the Twin Cities metro areas with same features. If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle - give these guys a chance to earn your business. Thanks guys!!!! More

Not pushy and low pressure was a plus, although it would of been nice to have a more catered personal buying experience based on my wants/needs and communication could be better. I had done my research befo of been nice to have a more catered personal buying experience based on my wants/needs and communication could be better. I had done my research beforehand and had narrowed it down to a couple options. Worked initially with Kaeli and she was great! The truck I was interested in was not there so she referred me to Marcus at the Shakopee site. The truck interior was not in great condition, especially for the price they were asking. The good thing is they have plenty of inventory, so I worked with Marcus to look at some other options. Found a 2023 that was a way better deal and in great condition. The pros are that they have a lot of options and offer their own warranty and have competitive pricing, still don't know how I feel about the no haggle but they were priced well. I also appreciated Marcus going over all the options in the truck and getting me setup with the ford pass on my phone and apple carplay. Would definitely recommend but always do your research and compare. More
