This was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I have bought both new and used cars in the past and had various experiences, mostly very negative. Apple Ford of Shakopee has absolutely gone above and beyond in every way. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a young sales associate named Dan Bondarenko. Dan was knowledgeable, kind, and sincerely interested in figuring out what was the right vehicle for me. With Dan's help we narrowed it down to 2 used 4WD pickups. Both vehicles happened to be at another location in Apple Valley. Dan went out of his way and brought both vehicles to the Shakopee location. We chose the correct vehicle by going on a test drive, looking over the vehicle very carefully to be sure it was going to meet all of my needs, looked at the prior history of the vehicle, and verified all work performed by Apple Ford to get the truck ready for sale on their lot. After deciding on the used Ford F-150, the financing department was professional and courteous and very fast. Once the paperwork was done, I was given a full tour of the dealership. During this time the vehicle was being detailed and made ready for delivery. Dan remained with me making sure everything was done ensuring my complete satisfaction. The truck runs and drives perfect. Apple Ford you have made me a customer for life. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. Great job guys!!!

Ask for the Frenchman! My wife had totaled her car recently, needless to say we were in the market. we had searched several different dealerships and had come up with a few options we liked. But I gotta say some of the harassing phone calls kept coming in " don't think just buy!" , that's when we strolled into Shakopee Apple Ford, we met Dean AKA The Frenchman, this gentleman was friendly, yet straight to the point. Knowledgable yet didn't spin a bunch of fluff at us. After listening to what my wife's vehicle needs were. He then swiftly put us in front of a Ford escape, it was just right, and so we bought it. in and out with the perfect vehicle for my wife Thanks again Dean.

I found my experience at Apple Ford to be very pleasant. Dan was very informative without being pushy. He was open and honest about your dealership and the car. It helped me feel comfortable about my purchase. He definitely has a passion for cars. He spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with the car before I left the dealership. After recovering from a poor customer experience at another local dealer, my wife and I visited Apple Ford in Shakopee to look for a late model used car. We met with our sales consultant, Dean LaFleur and took a test drive with two cars that we were interested in. Dean took the late afternoon and almost the entire evening to work with us in making a decision to purchase a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Dean is very easy to work with and has a no pressure approach we which really appreciated. His manager, Paul Talbot also assisted us with the purchase details and we were able to take the car for the weekend and finalize the deal on the following Monday. I usually do not enjoy the process of purchasing a car, but Dean did a great job to make the experience pleasant. We really like the car we purchased and would do business with Dean and Apple Ford of Shakopee again!

Apple Ford of Shakopee did a great job of finding us a quality car within our price range. Customer service was wonderful, Dan did an excellent job showing and selling us on our new 2013 Ford Explorer. I would recomend this dealership for anyone who wants a stress free and simple car buying process.

When I walked into the Dealership it was very welcoming. I met Ilaisa Taloa and it was a very pleasant experience even though it took me a week or so to decide what to purchase, he was so patient and helpful. When I walked out of there with the new vehicle I new that I would be back for all of my future purchases. He was very knowledgeable about the Ford products and was able to help me determine what would fill my needs the best. I would recommend Ilaisa and Shakopee Ford.

My wife and I had been searching for a new car for quite some time. We had visited many dealerships and searched online. We wanted to test drive many standard size cars to find out what we wanted. About a month into our quest we called Apple Ford Shakopee because they had a certain car on their lot. This is when we first met our Sales Consultant, Cathy Borgmann. The best way to describe Cathy in one word is sincere (I know people want that one word to be professional, which she is, but sometimes the professional doesn’t come with genuine sincerity). Cathy has a friendly, warm personality and displayed much patience with us as we looked at and test drove cars. During many car purchases in my life I could tell that certain sales people get frustrated when you are trying to be thorough in your vehicle search. We never once sensed that from Cathy, my wife and I felt she sincerely (there’s that word again) wanted us to find the right car. Well, we found the (used) car we wanted and it had all the features we were looking for at a great price! The staff at Apple Ford Shakopee was great and I am sure we will visit them again on our next purchase.
