My excitement at getting it back was cut short when the car began bucking, almost cutting off on the highway. Not wanting to take it back to the people that had already held me hostage for so long, I called Honda and begged them for an emergency appointment. I live an hour away, but got someone to follow me, as I was preparing to have to leave it over the weekend. But lo! To my surprise, I was called in an hour and a half, told that electronically (digitally?) something had to be reset, but now all was well. I now realize of course that my repair shop in redoing the doors had obviously not been able to reset all the electronics...(for throttle?).. and I am so glad I called Honda. PLUS MARK CALLED THE NEXT DAY...just to make sure everything was ok. More

Dropped In A few days back I realized that I needed to get my inspection done before the end of the month. So I took it to a mechanic nearby on my day off but th A few days back I realized that I needed to get my inspection done before the end of the month. So I took it to a mechanic nearby on my day off but they couldn’t do the inspection till next day or drop car off. So I thought I’ll just try my Honda dealer without an appointment. Mark at Honda was great. They did it in 45mins while I waited on a busy late Monday morning with about 10 people in the waiting room. Great service! More
