My service went smoothly and my vehicle was cleaned inside and out at no extra charge. My service advisor was friendly and helpful. Brought my vehicle in for recalls. Was given a loaner vehicle. All went well. 3 days total. My issues... The paperwork for the loaner looked like it was going to charge me $40 a day. My vehicle also smells like gear oil in the interior. The recall included a rear tailgate harness and a fuel pump. So no clue why my interior smells so awful. More
I brought my 2004 S2000 with 8400 miles to Apple Tree for service and inspection as it has not been driven or serviced in several years. The vehicle and I received true "white glove" service from everyone I interfaced with from the Honda service tech to the owner, Krafton Locke. This service experience was consistent with my prior years experience both with sales and service at Apple Tree, as I purchased this Honda S2000 and and an Acura MDX from this dealer with the assistance of Grant Leech, an excellent sales rep. A special thanks to to Grant Leech, Jack Sada, John Hamrick, Steve Harron, and Krafton Locke for their excellent customer service during this visit. More
I took delivery of my CPO Pilot in January 2029. The clips for the right side of the passenger seat leather were not attached. They reattached them at no charge. I was told the seat needed to come out to fix correctly. I wondered why it wasn't fixed correctly the first time but paid the $200 dollars to have it repaired CORRECTLY. I was told it would take 90 minutes. I sat outside while I waiting since the weather was nice. My car happened to be in view while I waited. The work was completed in 40 minutes. When the car was complete, an employee mentioned the seat didn't need to come out. Then, the same employee came up to me again and said the seat DID need to come out. I had full view of the car outside the entire time, and the seat never came out. I left and took a look at the way the clips are attached under the seat. If the side bolster has weight on it, it will most definitely become detached again. I decided to go to the Honda service center that has always been great since I purchased my last Pilot in 2018. I spoke to my advisor that I usually see, and he called down to the Acura service manager. I was there when they were speaking. The advisor hung up the phone and shook his head. He said that the service manager at Acura will not be addressing my issue. The advisor and I couldn't believe it. That's when the advisor said, " I'm going to get you a manager and we will resolve this issue." The Honda portion has always been 5 stars in my book. I don't see myself ever stepping foot in the Acura portion. More
