Terrible experience. I was connected with this dealer via KBB online. They recommended that I purchase my car at the end of my lease, and they agreed to turn around purcha I was connected with this dealer via KBB online. They recommended that I purchase my car at the end of my lease, and they agreed to turn around purchase it on the same day. I expressed that I was nervous since I wouldn't have the title in-hand, but they assured me that would not be an issue. After writing a check to purchase my vehicle at the end of my lease, I arrived at Apple Auto, at which time they lowered their price offer. I accepted, because I had no choice at that point. I waited in the lounge for about 20 minutes at which time I was told that my car could not be purchased because I don’t have the title. This was exactly my concern that they specifically reassured me about! So at that point I was stuck with a car that I had already paid for -- in addition to a new car I had already purchased -- with no way out for 4-6 months until the title cleared. They had no explanation and very little empathy. Shame on these guys! More

A Great Used Car Deal I took my granddaughter to Apple Used Autos because of the large selection of used cars. We were not disappointed! She picked out the one she wanted and Scott wrote up the deal. Within a day or two, it became apparent there was a mechanical problem. Scott and Apple Used Autos went above and beyond our expectations and they were able to get the issue resolved and our granddaughter now has a car that she is very happy with. Very thankful for all the help Scott gave us and John Pfeiffer for getting the job done! If we are in need of a good used vehicle in the future, we will go to Apple Used Autos in Shakopee - even though it's a 3-hr. drive away! More

Used Car Deal I purchased a vehicle three weeks ago from a neighboring Chevrolet dealer in Shakopee. It turned out to be a poor choice because of mechanical issues I purchased a vehicle three weeks ago from a neighboring Chevrolet dealer in Shakopee. It turned out to be a poor choice because of mechanical issues. This dealer has ZERO day buy-back policy, always has - always will - no exceptions. I would have to wait until a suitable vehicle came in and make a trade. I took the vehicle to Apple Used Autos a block away. I was greeted by Scott Trebesch. We hit it off with a common interest in local stock car racing. I was treated in a friendly and helpful manner when I explained my situation. We looked at some vehicles in stock and when I found one of interest, he went to his manager and they worked out a good deal for me. I should mention that Apple has a 30 day buy-back policy!! Scott also gave me three books on the history of Raceway Park and Elko Speedway that were put together by his mother, who died about a year ago. These books include my three sons who raced stock cars at Raceway and Elko from about 1980 to 1992. They helped me recover from a bad deal and I highly recommend any of the Apple Auto Stores. I also have a 2015 Lincoln MKX purchased new at the Apple Valley store. More

I was so impressed by their willingness to help me in whatever way they could, that I thought I'd see if they could help me into a replacement, as I was in the market. Long story short, I found a great car. The staff at Apple Used Autos is trustworthy, straightforward, and consistent in their dealings. Put this place on your short list if you need a set of wheels at a fair price from an organization that keeps promises. More

Awesome experience. Great employees. I am a young woman and was looking for a more reliable car to get me to school and work. I checked out several dealerships before them and their customer service and satisfaction goes above all. I was very skeptical buying a car in general, as anything can happen. They are not pushy, and very realistic. I will never buy from any other dealership again, and I can truly say that. From the managers to the sales associates, they have went above my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car at a great price. They treated me very equal compared to other buyers near me (considering I'm a young woman), they didn't take advantage of me and the whole process was stress free. More

2006 Honda Pilot Long story short - I bought the above mention vehicle at Apple Used Auto on Saturday. The check engine light came on as I was driving home. I immediat Long story short - I bought the above mention vehicle at Apple Used Auto on Saturday. The check engine light came on as I was driving home. I immediately contacted the dealership asap on the next open business day and informed them of my findings. Carol, the sales associate I was working with got in contact with Tom (forgot what his position was) and immediately they asked me to return to the dealership so they can assess the vehicle's problems. Once I arrived, they took care of me and my vehicle asap. I'm not a mechanic nor car savvy so I really didn't know what was wrong but throughout the whole repair process, Tom took his time to thoroughly explain and even showed me the parts that will be replaced or maintained. Tom was unsure how long the repair process will take so instead of us waiting, he gave me a rental and delivered my vehicle to me instead of me hauling 30-45 minutes back the dealer ship. Overall: I truly believe the individuals I worked with, Carol and Tom, master what customer service truly is. I felt comfortable from the moment I enter, till the moment I left. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and everyone. I'm truly happy with the vehicle thus far and the repair that has been done. Thanks a bunch Apple Used Auto More
