WE BOUGHT A CERTIFIED 2008 RDX TECH PKG LAST JULY 9,AND WE BOUGHT A CERTIFIED 2008 RDX TECH PKG LAST JULY 9,AND THE SALESMAN WAS EDDIE CANO.WE INFORMED HIM THAT THERE WAS NO OWNER'S MANUAL.HE SAID HE WE BOUGHT A CERTIFIED 2008 RDX TECH PKG LAST JULY 9,AND THE SALESMAN WAS EDDIE CANO.WE INFORMED HIM THAT THERE WAS NO OWNER'S MANUAL.HE SAID HE WOULD GET ONE FOR US.EVERYTIME I CALLED HIM AND REMIND HIM OF THE MANUAL,HE WOULD SAY "I WILL CALL YOU BACK" BUT NEVER GIVE US A CALL.THIS TIME,WE REFERRED THIS PROBLEM TO THE SALES MANAGER- TIM BERNARD.I WAS TOLD BY HIM THAT IT WILL TAKE A WEEK FOR THE MAILING.AFTER A WEEK I CALLED HIM TO REMIND BUT GOT AN ANSWER "WAIT UNTIL MONDAY".TODAY (FEB.6)I CALLED HIM AND WAS TOLD THAT "IT'S STILL IN THE PRINTER".WE JUST HOPE HE WILL GIVE ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER SO WE CAN HAVE A MANUAL AND UNDERSTAND THE FEATURES OF THIS VEHICLE.ISN'T IT EVERY VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE OWNER'S MANUAL? Arlington Acura's service department is outstanding! I have been going to this dealership for years now, and from the beginning I knew I could trust their service team. I recently went in for routine main have been going to this dealership for years now, and from the beginning I knew I could trust their service team. I recently went in for routine maintenance that was needed on my TL. I called to set up an appointment and was transfered to their service receptionist. She was kind and was able to work around my schedule to get my TL in for service. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by the friendly staff by name! It's great customer service when the staff remembers who you are. I always feel welcome and like I am being treated like family when I come in. I was due for a major service on my TL, and for the amount of work I had done on my vehicle I felt like the price was great and the quality of work was exceptional! They provided me with a loaner car for the day, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was washed and sitting inside the service drive waiting for me. These guys are great! They are kind, understanding, and professional. I would recommend Arlington Acura to everyone! More
Wow, they did it again. They exceeded my expectations! A week ago Wednesday I called Mark to arrange for a minor servicing for my 2003 MDX with 206,000 miles. Mark set my appointment for Saturday morning A week ago Wednesday I called Mark to arrange for a minor servicing for my 2003 MDX with 206,000 miles. Mark set my appointment for Saturday morning and said he would set me up with a loaner. The very next day, Thursday, I got in the car to go to a meeting and the check engine light came on. I was shocked as the check engine light has never come on before. I called AAIP and talked to Devin. Devin and I talked about if I could wait till Saturday, when I had a scheduled appointment. Devin and I talked about how the car was driving and he offered to let me come in that day. I went to my meeting and called Devin back. That Friday we were expecting a 6-8 inch snow storm and did not want to take any chances. I drove in later that afternoon and droped off the car. Devin gave me a loaner and said he would call me on Friday. Devin called first thing Friday morning, as promised, and said I needed the valves adjusted. He asked if I would be inconvenienced if I picked up the car on Saturday. He said due to his day off, Mark would call me on Saturday by Noon. Mark called me on Saturday at 11:58a and said my car was ready. He reviewed all the work performed, said he would have the car washed and cleaned. I arrived later that afternoon and the car was sitting in the service drive shining like new money. I appreciated the fact that he did not leave the car sitting out in the snow. Both Mark and Devin are great. I cannot say enough good things about them. They stand by what the tell me and are always honest. I never feel pressured, taken advantage of or decieved. I am their biggest fans. I always brag about them and the dealership to friends and co-workers. Some people says that you do not get good service at the dealer, but I am here to say that I have only gotten outstanding service at Arlington Acura in Palatine with Devin and Mark. By the way, the car drives great. For having over 206,000 miles the car runs great and the engine is smooth. I am looking forward to AAIP helping me get another 100,000 miles out of it. More
Purchased a 2000 Acura RL at another dealership where it had been traded in, and took it to Arlington Acura in Palatine, the dealership where the car originally came from. Have been extremely satisfied with the absolutely terrific customer service, high quality service work, and fair pricing. Now in eighth year of relationship with this dealer's service department, and every single visit has been far above what in the past used to be expected from other dealers. This dealer has routinely done everything right to make me happy, including done many things over and above expectations. Also, as a life-long car buff (age 73), I might mention that the Acura RL is by far the best car I have ever owned, and I'm doing my best to maintain it in mint condition. Thanks to Arlington Acura in Palatine, maintaining the car has been a much more than pleasant experience. I couldn't be happier. More

Worked w/ Mohammed Patel and Omar ( unknown last neme) for a problem w/ leather interior of my Acura TL which I purchased new 3 months ago. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with. As I read through the negative reviews for this dealer I could only think that it must be situational and person dependent. I had not only a positive experience, but an A+ one at that. I say that as someone who has gotten 2 new Acura MDXs from this dealer, an 07 and now an 11. The first thing I have to say is that both times not only were the staff helpful and friendly, but they went the extra mile for me. I didn’t hassle with price I knew the car I wanted and how much I should pay for it. The sales associate Jason Doran and NC sales manager Dan Milazzo did not play any games with me about price and in fact gave me quite a deal – I know I was happy with it. The transaction was really easy from start to finish. It is quite a pleasure, for me at least, to have the staff know my name and treat me as a friend. Everyone I interacted with was exceedingly polite and friendly and yes they all called me by name. When I picked up the car, the Customer Relations Manager Mohammed Patel was funny and a blast to learn from (A lot of new gadgets I had to go through) not only did he help me through the setup of my preferred seating position and gadget programing, but he also set up my Blue tooth phone connection and garage door buttons. Finally Mohammed made me a promise that by the end of the week –Friday, (I picked the car up on Tuesday) that the additional accessories I ordered would be in and installed. True to his word on Thursday night I received a call to schedule an appointment for Friday morning. All I can say is I love my new car and not only will I go back again for my third MDX in a couple of years, but would refer this dealership to anyone who is buying a car. I have a 2003 Acura MDX with 168,000 miles. I have always had my car serviced at this particular Dealership and my experience over the last 2 days has sealed the deal for me that I will not have my car servi had my car serviced at this particular Dealership and my experience over the last 2 days has sealed the deal for me that I will not have my car serviced anywhere else. These guys are the absolute best!!! My car has never failed me and on Saturday it failed to start. I called for a tow truck and the driver thought my starter needing replacing. He suggested I take the car to their shop and they could fix it. I decided to have it towed to the dealer even though their shop was much closer. We arrived at the Dealership after the service department closed. The Dealership was incredibly understanding of my situation. They allowed me the keep the car there till today, said call the service department on Monday to discuss the needed repair. They even provided me a loaner so as not to inconvenience me. I called today, spoke with the Service Advisor, who was very reassuring. The problem was a loose wire. They reconnected it, tested the battery, checked the starter, test drove the care, and washed it. All I can say is WOW. I cannot tell you how highly I recommend this dealership. I have a lot of trust and confidence in them. I never feel like I am being overcharged, given inaccurate information or they recommend unnecessary service. They are always polite, curteous and professional. The are extremely customer focused! More
