Pleasant Buying Experience! We found a pre-owned certified car we were interested in at Sullivan Buick/GMC. Setting up the appointment to see the car and test drive was very easy. Cesar was thorough in explaining all of the features and answered any questions we had. There was no pressure to buy the car. We wanted to see another car at another dealership and Cesar said that he understood and we were always welcome to come back. The next day we went to the other dealership. Our experience with the that dealer was terrible (typical car salesman and hidden costs). We called Cesar right away and bought our car from Sullivan the same day.
