A friend of mine suggested Sullivan as he has two daughters working there, he asked his daughter (Carrie Fuller) to keep an out out for something nice .Carrie asked Aidian Pilny to check the inventory. The very next day I received a print out of a 2012 Buick Lacrosse Premium III, the exact car I was looking for. I went in the same day worked with Aiden and Carrie and left with the car in my name. Both Aiden and Carrie went out of their way to make this purchase smooth and easy. I would recommend Sullivan to anyone ! More

He was very professional & understanding of my preferences. He brought the vehicle inside to look at. Phil couldn't have been more informative and helpful, toward my decision ! I went for a test drive, and again, Phil explained all the features. The dealership allowed my wife and I to drive the vehicle home for a couple hrs., to make sure it would fit in our garage. That made our decision final. Returned to the dealership to begin the paperwork. Thank you, Carrie Fuller, for making all the paperwork & transitions so easy ! Mike is the BEST!! I went to GMC Sullivan Buick just to look for options. I got in an accident and my car was totaled. I had a 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis and was looking for something close and at first didn't see anything at first. Mike saw I wasn't feeling anything I drove. He then suggested I drive a 2011 Buick LaCrosse. I FELL IN LOVE!! Not only did he listen to my wants/needs, he made my transition to my new car SEAMLESS! Mike made my Dad and I feel like one of the family. I email him with questions and he reaponds immediatley. The dealership is beautiful AND the staff is awesome. Not what I expected. I love my new 2018 GMC Yukon but I requested a new vehicle with zero miles and received a vehicle with 65 miles. The transmission is not shifting prop I love my new 2018 GMC Yukon but I requested a new vehicle with zero miles and received a vehicle with 65 miles. The transmission is not shifting properly. The truck was delivered with the wrong tires and I completed an even trade with Discount Tires. The overall sales experience was not very good, the sales person was not very attentive, she kept taking other customer phone calls during our meeting and did not appear to be very knowledgable about vehicles in general. I do not feel comfortable with purchasing another vehicle from this dealer. More

Our current vehicle, with over 80,000 miles, needed more work and it was time to think new car. While in the waiting room, Shelley Barr, Sales Rep. came in to talk about a new deal being offered by GM. We chatted for a while. Two weeks later, I discussed some options with Mike Baker and decided to come in with my wife to look around at different models. I contacted Shelley and we met later that day. She was great. With some detailed mechanical information gotten from Mike Baker, we looked at four models, 2 Buick and 2 GMC. A test drive later and we were sold on the Terrain. We also met Mike, the Sales Mgr. He was great as well. All involved took great care to answer all questions and give us a great deal. This dealership is the best. If you want a car, see them! More
