Love my Buick! We came into the dealership to check out the new 2018 Acadia and were immediately disappointed with the body redesign and size. Mike asked if we were open to other suggestions and then suggested the Buick Enclave, explaining that they had redesigned the entire body. While I was reluctant bc I wasn't even considering the Buick, I agreed to take a look, and fell in love! He walked us thru all the new features, the different Enclave packages, and ultimately we picked the Premium package bc it had everything we wanted, standard. He worked with us to get us incentives, including working with Costco and $1K cash back since we were already GMC owners. We found the car on the lot that we loved bc he walked us around the whole parking lot looking at the colors of cars (note - the website doesn't do the colors any justice). Overall, the process was a breeze. He got the paperwork ready while I ran back to work, and then came back to sign. We had let him know we were at Sullivan bc we had a terrible experience at another local GMC dealership, and he truly wowed us. Can't say enough great things about Mike - patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and so much more. You can't go wrong with Mike!! More

Pricing was fair, they were thorough in checking out my trade-in and offered me a fair price on that, as well. Everyone was super easy to deal with, never put the full-court press on or anything like that. Highly recommend. My only quibble is that they let me drive my new car off the lot with less than half a tank of gas. I believe ALL car purchases should have a full tank. More

Several months later, she called and said she had the perfect car for me with even more options that I dreamed of. At the dealership, Ms Shelley showed me around and made me feel very comfortable. After seeing the car and knowing it was the one for me, Ms Shelley and Mr. Dan, the general sales manager, worked very had to help me obtain the car.
