Great customer service from Mike Arriving from out of town, late on a stormy afternoon to review a pre-owned vehicle, Mike brought the vehicle inside from the storm for me to look ov Arriving from out of town, late on a stormy afternoon to review a pre-owned vehicle, Mike brought the vehicle inside from the storm for me to look over, then take it out for a test drive. I had one question, Mike insisted, although (to me) it was getting late, the vehicle had to be on the rack. Mike then brought in his support team to answer my question. We worked through the financing with Mike and Shelley? was patient with my security conscious bank's debit card. Since it was late with part of a Texas hurricane in town, I did appreciate they let me leave the vehicle inside over night. The next morning Louis helped me return my rental car, and I had a very pleasant 400 mile trip home in my new vehicle. More

The Starbucks coffee wasn't bad either. I looked at a car in the evening but it was late and said I would come back the next afternoon. No pressure, nothing. She gave me her card, told me the time she gets in and that was all. I was very surprised at that sales approach. I loved it. I purchased the car the next day, the finance manager was extremely nice and went right through what needed to be done, I purchased some extra items from her. Shelley went through everything on the car and that was it. Very glad to have met her and will buy from her again. More
