I was extremely happy with Jason Doran as both a knowledgeable salesman and finance officer. He pointed out to me all the upgrade changes to the 2011 Enclave CX compared to my 2008 Enclave CX that knowledgeable salesman and finance officer. He pointed out to me all the upgrade changes to the 2011 Enclave CX compared to my 2008 Enclave CX that Sullivan took in trade. I knew exactly what I was getting, but am very happy with the rear-view camera and the sound deadening little speaks up front. I was driving on the tollway this morning and marveled at how much quieter the new Enclave is compared to my old one. And my old Enclave was quieter than most other cars. He could not introduce me to the service department because we finished the paperwork at 9:10 PM. But I have met a number of you service personnel and have always been treated very well. They listen to my concerns and are very helpful. I knew one of your service people, Mike Baker, from Joe Michell Buick. So far I am very satisfied with my relationship with Sullivan Buick.
