I had a nail in my tire and went to the Kia dealer and they were going to charge me $35 to plug my tire. I ended up going to the Volkswagon dealer where we bought my wife's car and they plugged it at no charge. Than I had to go back to the Kia dealer for them to take the air out of the tire and replace with the nitrogen that are in my tires. This was a waste of my time and I feel that the dealer could have plugged the tire as a common courtesy to one of there customers. I am satisfied overall with my experience other than the service I received in regard to the tire problem.

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased in my life, and by far the most enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming and zero pressure. Nick our sales consultant was down to earth, knowledgeable and an all around good guy. Our finance manager was Nathan, extremely funny guy (My wife had left me there stranded, as we had family in town, when she left with our only car he told me the price of the car I was buying just doubled, since I was stuck there. lol!), professional, and ended up getting us a better deal than our own bank would give us!

Best car experience I have ever had, by far. I WILL purchase my next vehicle from the Bob Rohrman family of dealerships if they are all like this.

Vehicle burns over two qt of oil a week, 4 wheel drive stopped working the first time I used it,after purchase the check engine light came on after a week. I understand it was a used vehicle but come-on!
Runs good !
Yes I did test drive and everything worked at that time, funny how it all went down hill after the sale.

I had been shopping for the right car. When I came to Arlington Kia, I felt comfortable with my sales man Dave Erickson. He was not a pushy salesman, he was fair and honest. Gave me a good deal. This is the second car I purchased from Arlington Kia and I intend to purchase more from them. Dave Erickson and his Management Team's professionalism and courtesy caused me to look away from the Toyota I had in mind. With both purchases I was satisfied with the price and really love the vehicles. I told my husband I need to buy stock in Kia as the forecast is very strong for this automaker. Word has definitely gotten out.

David was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the vechile in which i was purcahsing. I left Kia feeling excited and comfortable with my purchase.
