You have all of my contact information. If you cared AT ALL about customer service you would be contacting ME. Not replying with fake "Customer Relations Managers". The only manager I ever met was the evening that I came in and with his lack of people skills he has no business being a manager. I'm sure he really impressed the group of 20 something year old salesmen that were standing around (NOT selling cars) when he yelled to an already unhappy customer "have a good day sir". It's obvious that you don't even read the reviews and that the owners of the "family owned business" know exactly the caliber of their management team. The family must be very proud.
