I've had work done by Arlington Toyota Collision Center before, and although they're a bit pricey, I'm so glad I went through them. I had a huge scratch that covered two panels, and I was worried that the before, and although they're a bit pricey, I'm so glad I went through them. I had a huge scratch that covered two panels, and I was worried that the blending wouldn't look right. No need to worry, the paint job came out looking PERFECT. Those guys did a great job. Recently, I was rear-ended by a cabbie, and their insurance company was a complete pain in the butt to work with. I put Mark Baggetto through quite a bit of xxxx: this sub-standard insurance company never returned his or my calls, and put both me and Mark through the wringer while my car sat waiting at the Collision Center for a week. However, Mark was nothing but patient (though extremely frustrated, I'm sure!) and put up with this large headache. In the end, it was another great job, and I owe a lot to Mark for helping me out! Great service and excellent price.I traded in my "clunker", a '98 Cadillac Seville which was worth no more than a 1000 bucks and got a 2010 Corolla LE for a final price of $11,700.On top of that I f "clunker", a '98 Cadillac Seville which was worth no more than a 1000 bucks and got a 2010 Corolla LE for a final price of $11,700.On top of that I financed the car through Toyota at 0% for 3 years. The salesman was amazing, looked at every possible scenario to give me the car for the price I was asking, he even reminded me of an incentive that Toyota had, a thousand dollars discount for new college grads.Isn't that great, to go to a dealer and be offered additional discounts? Most dealers would have kept quiet about that incentive , but not this guys. They wanted my bussiness and they sure got it. When I asked about the final price I was given the real numbers right away, no smoke blown in my face or rambling around.Very straightforward. Thanks Bob Faulkner and Toyota Arlington. More
This dealership is the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. I run a company and if my employees ever treated a customers the way this dealership handles clients I would fire them immediately. ever encountered. What makes the even more unbelievable is the owner of the dealership is more unprofessional the his the which is horrible. I do not have the time to write reviews on companies but I will make every effort to keep people from working with an oerganization that is not honest. More

They offered a fair deal and great finance option for our new car. Although the color was not our preferred color, the selling price was very appealing. The test drive, which was much longer than allow at ot new car. Although the color was not our preferred color, the selling price was very appealing. The test drive, which was much longer than allow at other dealerships greatly helped in my wife and I making the decision to buy our car. It wasn't an "around the block" trip, so it gave us plenty of time to "test out" the car. More

When they took my trade in to give me a trade-in amount, they told me that the car kept dying on them (that never once happened to me in the three years that I owned the car). I used my own credit union to they told me that the car kept dying on them (that never once happened to me in the three years that I owned the car). I used my own credit union to finance the deal, and the dealership's finance department would not release the necessary information to the credit union to get the financing done. They insisted that they always do business this way. It was only after my credit union told that what they were doing was illegal and I called them out on it that they finally sent the info to my credit union. When I finally got the financing approved and went in to drop off the check for the car, the finance director chased me out of the building saying that the check that I had given him wasn't for enough money. He pulled out the contract, and sure enough, I was short about $300. So I went to my car and got my copy of the contract. According to my copy, the check that I had was for the exact right amount. Somewhere along the line, they had re-written the contract and added an additionall $300 to the price of the car. Even after the finance director called the person who had done the contract, he still had no explanation for this. I emailed the owners, and they assigned the case to their in-house investigator. This investigator called me once to say that he was looking into the case, and then never once called me again. They were obviously caught trying to steal from me and ignored it, hoping that it would go away. I finally got a call back from the owner (two weeks after this had happened), and was offered a free detailing job to make up for all my trouble. They lied about my trade-in dying, they tried to use illegal financing practices to get me to use thier financing, and they tried to steal $300 from me by writing a new contract after I had already signed the purchase contract, and all they do to make it up to me is give me a free detail. PLEASE avoid this dealership at all costs. More
Extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with me to ensure I got to test drive all of the cars I wanted to even though the weather was cold and rainy. Answered all of my questions no matter how trivia ensure I got to test drive all of the cars I wanted to even though the weather was cold and rainy.
