Claudio Perez my service coordinator was excellent. He made some excellent recommendations. Unfortunately, the time to put new tires on my car was estimated to be 2 hour and it was 4 hours. I was told this was because they only have one tire alignment machine. I would recommend that only one car be scheduled that needs alignment, so the estimated time in not twice as long. Israel did what he said he would do. Excellent customer service from Claudio Perez. I was so happily surprised as I had a very bad experience with the Alfa Romeo dealership that sold me my car in North Miami. Arrigo West Palm is a I was so happily surprised as I had a very bad experience with the Alfa Romeo dealership that sold me my car in North Miami. Arrigo West Palm is a bit of a drive for me but certainly worth it. I had to cancel my appointments at least twice, and Claudio was still incredibly accommodating and I feel offered me all potentially available services within my warranty.
