Great Service with Great People I bought a Jeep at Arrigo Sawgrass and had an awesome team help me acquire the perfect vehicle and they even got me out fast as I had to return to wor I bought a Jeep at Arrigo Sawgrass and had an awesome team help me acquire the perfect vehicle and they even got me out fast as I had to return to work! Don was my salesman, he was very helpful in getting me into the right vehicle for me. David was my financer and he even arranged for someone to follow me to return my rental vehicle so I wouldn't be late to work. "Mark After Dark" went over all my new car features and gave me a lot of helpful tips. All three of these gentlemen had great personalities and made the ease of transitioning to a new vehicle (and bad situation) a lot better! A great experience! More

We worked with Chris in internet sales before coming in to test drive our car and he was able to lock in an out the door price which did not change once we came in. Dominick was our salesman and was wonderful to work with, he was very knowledgeable about the car. The experience was quick and easy and they never changed the agreed upon price or tried to up-sell us anything we didn’t want. Very professional crew! We are so happy with your service and with our new 2015 Dodge Dart! I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership to anyone! More

? ? ? Really not sure how to rate this dealership. My fiance and I went in January 16, 2015 to put in an order for a Charger Hellcat. Sales person we dealt Really not sure how to rate this dealership. My fiance and I went in January 16, 2015 to put in an order for a Charger Hellcat. Sales person we dealt with was Herb Jenkins, seemed like a nice, negotiable man, he understood how we wanted the the car and what price range we were willing to pay. We put a deposit down and were told the Monday coming up they would put in the order, I guess Monday's are the days they can put in the order and get updates. Well we knew we weren't going to get the car soon but we kept up with the news on the hellcats. A month went by and we still haven't heard anything. March came and then the news of Chrysler halting on new orders of Hellcats. We called Herb to get an update who then transferred us to Albert who didn't have much info but did say "worst case, you might have to put in a order again". Right at that moment I knew in my gut my so called order didn't get put in. I got transferred to Robert who is in charge of putting in orders. I just decided to go walk in the dealership to find out what's really going on and get a better understanding. They kept telling us that Chrysler wasn't taking any orders, but we THOUGHT we put a order in back in January, that's why we put a deposit down. They kept saying it's Chrysler's fault and again saying they stop taking orders (we know, we got that) Robert said they were going to get a hellcat in within a month but it's not the order I put in(different exterior color and different seat color, etc). They were willing to give me someone's hellcat if I wanted it, but I didn't want it, that's not how I/we ordered our hellcat. More
