Dear Mr. Dulay: We apologized for your experience. I did call you on Tuesday July 9th to explain and received your VM. Will is a new salesperson- 2 months in the business and did not realize we do not take ROADLOANS. We admit that he told you we do accept them and the fact is we do not. The reason we do not accept them is twofold: 1) Roadloans does not pay the dealership in a timely manner and holds us accountable for the information you give them. This creates negative guest experiences when we call back after 2-3 weeks and the customer has to return the car because all the stipulations were not met. 2) The rates and terms they charge are not favorable to our customers - we seem to always be able to save our customers money and interest on those deals, which is why we offered to arrange financing for you. Most customers are willing to listen when we can save them money. We are glad you found another dealer to help you and wish you nothing but the best with the Wrangler, and if we can be of assistance in the future please let us know. Again we take full responsibility for Will’s mistake and truly our goal was to help you. We can see your side and hope you understand our side. Respectfully, for The Arrigo Sawgrass Team, Jim Doyle - General Manager Follow-up: I have tried you again on your cell and left a VM with my number to contact, that was 1 week ago today, July 15th 2013, and I still have heard nothing.
