My son wants a Jeep Wrangler. I called the dealership and the salesman said they could get the car for me from their West Palm location because the car my son saw had been sold. Okay, sounds reasonable and i the salesman said they could get the car for me from their West Palm location because the car my son saw had been sold. Okay, sounds reasonable and it is fair. I told him that I had been approved by Santander/Roadloans consumer financing. I specifically asked him if he took it and he said yes. Anyway, I get to the dealership and they ask me about my mortgage payments etc and I told them I did not want to apply for financing. He told me that they could save me money, and I told them I was not interested and that I wanted to use Santander financing. Arrigo is listed as a authorized dealer on their web site. Anyway, to cut a long story short, the salesman goes to the business office and comes out and says they have never heard of Santander/Roadloans company!! I showed him the approval letter that showed I was approved. He goes back to the business manager office and I called Santander and let them know what was going on. They gave me the number of another Chrysler dealer and I wrote it down. Now the salesman changed his explanation and said that the manager said Santander charged too much in fees and sometimes did not pay! I told this to Santander so it is all documented. Anyway, today I bought a Jeep Wrangler at the other dealership with no fuss. My advise to everyone is STAY AWAY. I called John Arrigo's extension and left a detailed message of what had happened. Still have not heard anything back. His name is on the dealership. I would expect him to want to know what type of people he has working for him at his dealership. At the end of the day, I would NEVER go back to this dealership. Too much slick salesman stuff going on and they don't realize that I had a choice as the end buyer of the car! Sad, but even though this dealership is only 2 miles from my home, I would not recommend it to anyone. Dishonest, bait and switch tactics. Avoid this place. Update. Today at 10:04am another salesman from Arrigo called and asked when I would come down because he saw I was approved with Roadloans financing!! I told him what happened and he said he would check with the manager. Unbelievable the flip flopping. Anyway told him I had purchased a car. Also told him I had left a detailed message with John Arrigo's voicemail. More
I began my search for a car to fit my particular needs (to fit a tricycle in the back with easy in and out for myself (older woman)) ... at several other (closer) dealerships they were unable to answer an (to fit a tricycle in the back with easy in and out for myself (older woman)) ... at several other (closer) dealerships they were unable to answer any questions about the cars I had ... they possibly could have answered but I did not wish to provide my phone number, email address and whatever else. Dan answered my question (would my bicycle fit) and asked if I would come in he was sure that they would be able to find one to fit my needs. I felt that Dan's focus was on my getting the car that best fit my requirements and needs were more important than 'selling' me a car. We went all about the lot measuring for fit and even test drove one (which did fit the requirements but ultimately I decided that was more money than that particular car was worth). After a bit more research I decided to try the Dodge Journey ... from home I clicked on the chat for the website and was connected to Sherry who put me into contact (online chat) with Dan who confirmed that the Journey would probably fit my requirements. We set another meeting and Dan brought down a Journey in the color I wished (it really should be available in a lighter interior for Florida) and off we went on a test drive. Dan's patience (with me and my both fickle and necessary requirements) his enthusiasm, efficiency, pleasant nature, and knowledge of his product made working with him a real joy. Ken in Finance and Mark in Customer Relations added positively to my experience. Both Ken and Mark were knowledgeable in their field and pleasant to work with. More
Having done research for a while, this dealership seemed to be the best in south Florida. The staff was curteious and helpful. Ozzie was very friendly, very but not pushy even when I told him that my wife wanted a JEEP and I told him I was against the Jeep product especially the Wrangler but I was going to do the leg work as she h told him that my wife wanted a JEEP and I told him I was against the Jeep product especially the Wrangler but I was going to do the leg work as she hates to shop as I wanted her to look at Ford or a newer Used product. Your used car selection was very weak in my opinion so I had to look at new. Ozzie just kept on getting to know me and asking for Diane to come in with me he was providing service to me as I was just looking. He was never pushy and handled me very well. That is what allowed me to feel comfortable to want to come back. Excellent job Ozzie Marc and Mark were really good and quick and efficient. Marc in Finance was not over friendly, but not real friendly he was just doing his job but it was Late on Tuesday so I am sure he has been busy. I liked how efficient he was. I appreciated the fact that he was not over friendly because that is a red flag. Great job Marc Mark after Dark Customer Relations was spot on and humorus and kept us moving alone. He was good. Very nice showroom, large selection, and staff very friendly. After long negotiations, agreed on price for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything went smoothly and as promised. Only negatives are delaership only puts "$35 of gas" in car, so pull away after buying brand new car with half-full gas tank??? Would be nice if Jeeps Corporate offer to include "2 years of maintenence" also included rotate and balance, as opposed to just 2 years of oil changes. More

This place has very good customer serivce but they don't work with you on the price at all. The price is the price thats it. The salesman told me after I said I didn't want payments more than $250 a m don't work with you on the price at all. The price is the price thats it. Needless to say I felt that I never was given a chance to negotiate with them at all. More
