Arrigo WPB was respectful of my time and they were also more negotiable on the price than other Dodge dealers. Employees were pleasant to deal with. With that said, I believe their level of customer servic more negotiable on the price than other Dodge dealers. Employees were pleasant to deal with. With that said, I believe their level of customer service was a bit lacking. The car was dirty and the salesman did not take the time to explain the cars features or setup the Bluetooth and Uconnect. Also they did not explain or setup the Lojack, all that had to be done over the phone on a later date. Overall was a good experience and if pricing is the most important thing to you as it was me, this is a great dealership. More
