Do NOT buy used/certified pre owned from them,once they have your money they won’t really respond to you anymore afterwards,the problem with these guy is communication. Bought a certified pre owned jeep with 39k miles some days after I had to bring it in for repairs,bad rack and pinion motor mounts and control arms, I got constantly harassed to bring my loaner back when the manager in sales said it was ok to keep the loaner,also got a phone call one day from the guy who sold me the car to bring the loaner back and get another loaner, as I arrived there all the way from Miami this was totally FALSE again,communication problems. My part is on backorder and I’m waiting for over 3 weeks now,I can not return nor get my money back I’m stuck with this, I would not recommend this to anyone looking to buy a used or certified pre owned car. FYI : After picking it up the problem was still not fixed and they didn’t want that car back and said it is ‘too early’ for a trade in,but it was possible at another dealership! I would recommend save your money and go to another dealership The problems that were found like bad ball joint,bad control arms,bad engine mounts,bad rack pinion are problems over 100.000 miles so how does this car have 39k miles with so many problems? and also the dashboard side panel near the engine start button was not aligned very good so that was definitely opened. Problems like this on a 39k miles vehicle ‘certified pre-owned’ 😆😆😆 thankyou so much arrigo for this xxxxxxxx! More

The entire experience was al about getting you your money and very little about the vehicle or its features. You sales associate helped us connect our phone but did little else to sell the vehicle. We spent about 1 1/2 hours with your finance person to make the cash sale. Not one piece of paper had anything too do with us or the vehicle . It was all about your money. We had to come back a couple of days latter to get someone to show how the many features work. I would come back to your dealership but only to get a better price. I don't have much confidence in your service department as I have already been charged 600% of the quoted price for brake service on my previous van. The dealership on Northlake Blvd is even worse so I don't expect very much. More
