The process for closing a cash deal was unnecessarily long. We provided the sales rep with all of our information hour before arriving, advised we would be arriving at 4 pm and had 1 hour to sign and lea long. We sat for over an hour and a half waiting for “finance” to be available. Then we were told we could not be sent documents via docusign and sign electronically due to fraud, even though they had both of our licenses and we were present at the dealership. Overal, Mr. Nash and the finance team were pleasant, but the process took several hours on an all cash, no trade deal. More
