Having an appointment means nothing. They will leave your vehicle sitting for days before looking at it. Brought my truck in on a Thursday morning for warranty work, oil change, and to have a valve stem replaced, as of that Saturday, nothing had been done, had to pick it up and bring it back on Tuesday.
