My Review of Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep:
Initially, I went to Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep because they happened to have a particular pre-owned Town & Country that I was looking for, at a fairly decent price. Even though a previous visit to the dealership allowed me to experience their horrible customer service, I gave them the benefit of the doubt; after all, they may have simply been having a bad day.
Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep is considered a "high-volume" dealership. In other words, the staff is under enormous pressure to "crank out the units." This shows in every single facet of the dealership's operation.
From the moment I set foot through the front door to moment I left--without a vehicle, mind you--Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep did everything in their power to practically guarantee that I did not buy a car from them. They are a textbook example of a dealership that simply does everything absolutely wrong.
From the greeter, to the sales staff (with the noteworthy exception of Scott Weisbrot, who was actually a pretty decent associate), to the sales managers, to the finance people, not a single solitary one had a smile on their face, treated me with any respect, or acted even remotely like they wanted to sell me a car. They treated me like an inconvenience, like something that stood between them and their profit. The salespeople (again, with the exception of Scott) were rude, snotty, and arrogant, the sales managers were even moreso, and the F&I manager (Ron Schuman) that I thought I was going to close my deal with ended up giving me a half-hour lecture on financial responsibility and his own personal dedication to protecting Mr. Arrigo's money (I proceeded to tell him, right before I walked out on the deal in disgust, that I couldn't give a rat's behind about Mr. Arrigo's money and that he sure as heck has more of it than you'll ever see in your lifetime).
My experience with Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep's customer service was so bad that not only will I never purchase a car from them, not only will I tell anybody who is in the market for a new car to avoid Arrigo at any and all costs, but after I ultimately did purchase my new Chrysler (from another, significantly better dealer), I won't even have it serviced at Arrigo--and Arrigo is closest dealership to my house.
This dealership has completely and utterly destroyed any possible relationship they could have ever had with me. They will not see any of my business or one red cent of my money. They have also guaranteed that I will certainly tell everyone who comes to me for car advice (and quite a few people do) to steer well clear of Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
