I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 from Arrowhead BMW, Glendale, AZ 85308. This BMW dealership delivered the vehicle with unsafe to drive tires showing significant deterioration. These are the original 7 + years AZ 85308. This BMW dealership delivered the vehicle with unsafe to drive tires showing significant deterioration. These are the original 7 + years old tires that came installed on the vehicle from the BMW factory. I requested a reimbursement for the tire replacement. I provided the Used Car Director, Robert Facundo, with two independent tire inspection reports from BMW San Diego and Discount Tire. The tire experts from both places agreed that the four (4) tires must be replaced due to the safety risk associated with the age of the tires and resulting tire dry rot. In addition, the tire wall thinning/gouging from the severe curb rashes of all four tires is a serious issue that often compromises the tire's structural integrity, leading to a high risk of sidewall failure or a blowout. Robert Facundo rejected my demand for replacing the tires by stating ''sounds like someone's trying to upgrade you to new tires''. In addition, they didn't disclose that the vehicle's windshield had a chip that expanded to a crack after I washed the car the next day. I have pre-shipping inspection pictures showing that the windshield chip was present prior to vehicle shipping to my location. Facundo responded with the statement: ''Sounds like something that happened after you took delivery''. I'll be filing complaint about it to Arizona Attorney Generals Office and BMW of North America. The bottom line: I regret purchasing the vehicle from Arrowhead BMW, Glendale, AZ. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Very unpleasant experience!! This dealership does not operate with the quality and professionalism of a reputable BMW dealership. More

I told them the errors I was getting and in order to get it to pass emissions they needed to be fixed. They started throwing pasta at the wall trying to "fix" the error and after a hefty amount of money they said the issue was "fixed"... I took the car in to the emission facility and it failed!! So I took the car back and they said we'll maybe we should run the diagnostic test that I originally brought the frigging car in for the first time and this test will cost an additional $500 to do a test I was told they already did... I sat back and thought about why they wouldn't have done these steps from jump... and them it hit me like a ton of bricks... these advisors are on commission so it benefits them to circle the wagon several times instead of one and done... I can't and won't tell anyone what to do but I will personally never let my shadow darken a dealerships doorstep. I have found that local certified repair shops are just as capable of repairs and the prices are astonishingly lower! I guess BMW owners are known for throwing money away but not this one... Overall my experience with this service center was awful, expensive and didn't resolve my issue... More
This dealership will blatantly ignore any request you make for them to stop contacting you. It turned into demanding them to stop and telling them I will file a complaint with the BBB, attorney generals office, and the FTC if they keep it going. Along with 1 star ratings on Google, dealer rater, and anywhere else they are listed. After demanding they stop, Jay sends me an email again saying he will continue to contact me via phone and email. I also never provided my email to them, they only have my number, so I did not give consent to email me nor do I know how they got my email in the first place. Terrible business practice. I’m going to find anything they are doing to us that is non compliant regarding leads. Even if what they are doing to us turns out to be compliant, it’s ethically wrong. I’ll never recommend this dealership. I look forward to sharing this experience on the above mentioned sites, bimmer forums, and I especially look forward to escalating my complaints for a final resolution. More
