My Review of Art Moehn Chevrolet Honda:
My wife and I stopped in to attempt to trade our car for a new Cruze. We we were out there in the rain for quite a while before we were even asked if we were interested in anything. I told the salesman what we were looking for and told him that I saw a rebate offered on their website. He never asked if I had any questions about the car and never even ased if we wanted a test drive. We then proceeded to his cubicle and he pulled up the website and advised me there was no rebate on the car. I told him that I saw it online just before we drove over a half an hour to get there. He then told me that this was their website and that there was no rebate and made me feel as though he thought I was lying. They then did an appraisal on our car and came back with an insulting offer. He was unwilling to work with us to make the deal work. Overall my experience there was very unsatisfactory and I will not make the drive to Jackson again the next time we are in the market for a car. We did however go to another dealership and are now the proud new owners of the car we attempted to buy here. P.S. The dealership we bought the car from Mr. Greulich made insulting remarks about during our visit. I found that to be quite unprofessional.

I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and had shopped for the beat deal. I then went to art moehn to look and at that point was greatest by John Wyllis who was very pleasant and friendly. He took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I wanted a used car but after showing me the difference in pricing I ended up with a new vehicle that day. I will return for my next vehicle.

My Review of Art Moehn Chevrolet Honda:
While driving to Jackson from Adrian I noticed a loud noise coming from the left front panel. It got louder the further along I drove. So I drove to the Art Moehn Chevorlet Honda dealer I leased my Honda Civic from and entered the service bay. We were greeted by a very nice man who asked us what Honda could do for us today. After explaining the noise we heard while driving, he said he'd have it looked at and we waited while service looked into the problem. After only 15 minutes or less, they were done, and told us it was a small stone that had lodged between the brake shield and the brake assembly and that's all it was. Adam Soper was the representative that worked with us, and he told us there would be no charge! He was so nice, and it took such a short time, not to mention the fact we weren't charged for the time it took to find the problem. Not many dealerships that I know of would do that for nothing. I was surprised and asked, "are you sure? No charge?" He said no charge, with a smile on his face! I have had excellent service from the minute I walked into the Honda dealer 1 1/2 years ago to lease my Honda. Starting with the person who sold the car to me, and every time I've called or had an issue. The dealership goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience for the customer. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I am a very happy, satisfied Honda customer. Thanks, Art Moehn!!

My Review of Art Moehn Chevrolet Honda:
I have been driving my CRV since 2004 and a used CRV before that! The only service that has occasionally been done somewhere else is an oil change. I can honestly say I have been extremely happy with each service visit to Art Moehn. It starts at the front desk(actually the phone!)with Mr. Adam Soper. He is polite, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. My visits there have been consistently superb in every way. Thank you for the way you run your dealership - demanding good mechanics and professional help. Thank you personally, Mr. Soper, for all the years you have looked out for me and made sure everything to do with my vehicle was handled first class - much appreciated!

My Review of Art Moehn Chevrolet Honda:
Had a great experience purchasing my Silverado from Jerry Cox and Art Moehn Chevrolet.
All the staff was friendly and knowledgable. My truck was readly when Jerry said it would be and ready to go. When my upfits where ready to install I had a 1:00 o'clock appointment but Jerry said if I could get there earlier the service department could start right on it. That is exactly what happened everything thing was in stalled in short order about and hour. I always say my time isnt more important than others but it is just as important and appreciate the promise matching the deed. Great job Jerry Cox and the saff at Art Mohen Chevrolet!

I own a 1974 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Landau, that was purchased brand new at Art Moehn Chevrolet in 1974. After searching for some time on the internet, to find an original dealership license plate frame from Art Moehn, I resorted to posting on their Facebook page. Chris Kudner, Art Moehn's grandson, replied to me and said he found one in Art's old garage and that he would mail it out to me. If I am ever in the market for a brand new Chevrolet, I will definitely consider buying from Art Moehn. Thanks a lot Chris!
