Andrew Marlow and the Art Moehn team were courteous, professional, and considerate of my anxiety about leasing a new car. I am not a new car or even old car lover (I did not learn to drive until I was 29 and even then it was under duress). Consequently, purchasing a car isnot something I get excited about. Sometimes I doubt my own ability to make wise choices. I was considering two options--a Toyota Prius C (from Spartan Toyota in Lansing) and a Honda Fit (both cars made it into the Consumer Reports best cars of their class/size. Amazingly, during the almost two month process, I never felt pressured by Andy or other Art Moehn reps. They gave me the time I needed to make my choice.

Even after purchase of the lease, Andy was reassuring about my questions and offered continued support re: service and other questions. He introduced me to the key service dept. personnel, and I know I am in good hands. I recommend, without reservation, Andrew Marlow and the Art Moehn dealership.

I was on a business trip on April 10, 2013 and traveling home from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Naperville, Illinois when my engine light on my Honda Odyssey activated. Not being very familiar with the area, I was uncertain of the problem and wondered if I could make it home. Luckily I saw the sign for Art Moehn's Honda dealership in Jackson, Michigan, just off of I-94. I stopped and met with Adam Soper and a female service employee who were very friendly, not to mention helpful and professional. They were happy to help and were able to diagnose the problem with the engine. Initially, they could not provide a time table for the repair, however, it took less than an hour, and I was able to proceed with my travel. It was also noted that the mechanic who resolved the issue with the car did so during his lunch hour so that I would not be further delayed.

Not only am I impressed with the assistance I received from the dealership, but it reinforces my faith in the Honda product - a product which is more than a promise of conveyance, but delivering on a promise of placing the customer first. Thank you very much.

I drove further than other local dealers due to their inventory, and it was well worth it. I found the exact car I wanted. I went in with a price in my head and they beat it. I really enjoyed my time at the dealership and specifically the time with Gary Conley. He found me discounts that I didn't know I qualified for, and was extra helpful throughout the entire process. The customer experience that I experienced at Art Moehn Chevrolet was second to none. Todd Waldron, my new car salesman, was the most prepared salesman I have ever dealt with. This was my 12th new car purchase. I have experienced numerous sales personnel in the past. Most want to make a sale and be done with it! Having a competent, responsive and "customer first" salesperson, like Todd, made this past purchase a very positive experience for me. I highly recommend Art Moehn Chevrolet and do not hesitate to look up Todd Waldron to assist you with your next automobile purchase needs.

Price can be negotiated anywhere. But the most important is the service I get. I have taken my Hondas to Art Moehn for service even when I hadn't bought there and found Adam Soper super helpful. They've driven me to a shopping mall when service was going to take a while and even covered lunch when time took longer. Some small services they haven't even charged for. I finally did buy a used 2011 Odessey from them and had no problem with the deal. After I kidded about taking it home the day I saw it, before I paid, Eric Humeston was willing to let me take it home. Parts even gave me a better price on mats for it. I have not had any work done in the bump shop. I have excellent Roberts here in Chelsea but the service and attitude toward the customer is excellent at Art Moehn Honda.

Great to deal with. Adam was polite, confirmed what I wanted done and notified me of when the vehicle was done and what the charge was. Service was quick, they provided me a courtesy ride back to my house, and the cost was more than reasonable.
