I expected my 1st visit would be the oil change in 6 months. Not really. Two trips for fixing the front windshield trim, two trips to reset the remote car key. The trip for oil change was added with tranmission fluid replaced became two. You expected certified car meant they reset everything to manufacturer starting point before reselling the car? Not really. Bought the car at 26000 miles, tranmission fluid have to change at 30000 miles as said. They don't bother, just want to sell car only. Six trips in total with an average once per month. It is not what I want the hassle of commuting on Route 3, beating the traffic to get there. Overall, the service department is lousy for preparing a certified car to sell to public! Regret to buy the car there. There will not be my next one. More

Craig was courteous, friendly, and honest. True to his word, he fit me in right away and provided over and above service. I most appreciated that he was not pushy and did not try to sell me extra service. Craig was the best service advisor of ANY car make dealership I had been to. My 3 year old daughter very much enjoyed the big comfy chairs, flat-screen tv, muffins and small fridge with water in the waiting room. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to call up Craig the next time my car needs service. More
I bought my SUV about a week ago. When I picked it up, my "certified pre-owned" car had a broken piece over the tailgate. I pointed it out to Tarik and we went to service to make and appointment. Should my "certified pre-owned" car had a broken piece over the tailgate. I pointed it out to Tarik and we went to service to make and appointment. Should a certified car be looked at to see if anything is wrong before you sell it? I wanted an appointment from 3pm or later on any day. They wouldn't do that for me. So I asked how long the repair would take because I could come with my 2 yr old and 1 yr old on my day off and wait there. He told me 20 minutes. So we make the appointment for about 10 days from then. I went in today. The only spot there to pull in to was so tight I barely got the kids out of the car. And that is with me having to put my door on the cars next to me. We go in, get checked in, and head up to the waiting room. ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES LATER they guy comes up to tell me it's ready. Had I known it would take this long I wouldn't have came with the kids. So I sign the paperwork and give me the keys. Now I walk out the door with my two toddlers and the car is somewhere in the parking lot - no one told me where. When I used to go to the Nissan dealer with my kids and wait for things to be done to my car, they would pull it up to the front door for me and open my childrens' door so I can get them in. Maybe they spoiled me, but I was just shocked at how uncaring the crew at Atamian seemed to be. I am not looking forward to getting my oil changes there. More
I have been bringing my cars to Atamian for service for over 10 years, primarily due to the attention paid by Jason Polk at the Service Desk. He is always ready to advise on what services are needed to ke over 10 years, primarily due to the attention paid by Jason Polk at the Service Desk. He is always ready to advise on what services are needed to keep my cars in good running order. This is why two of my Hondas have well over 150,000 miles and are running fine. I will continue to do business at Atamian (Sales and Service) due to Jason's professional attention. I have had very satisfactory dealings with other people at Atamian (Daryll Valcourt, Gabe Raney, many of the mechanics, and Tricia, who is Always pleasant whether on the phone when you call or in person) but have dealt more often with Jason than anyone else. Bought my son a 07 Mercury Mariner from Russell Smith. Was a good experience. Russell took his time with us to make sure everything was right. Financed with Ray Leduc. Another good experience. All in Was a good experience. Russell took his time with us to make sure everything was right. Financed with Ray Leduc. Another good experience. All in all, a smooth transition. Bought extended warranty. Brought vehicle in Monday for a problem. Everything was covered by extended warranty. I was worried because of experiences and horror stories regarding other dealers. Everything at Atamian was professional. Charlie and Ben (Service Department) were great. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. I felt obligated to write something to let others know of the positive outcome. I usually don't take the time to do this. I would highly recommend them and will continue to bring this vehicle to Atamian for any service related issues. Thanks, Barry Clemente, Stoneham,Ma. More

After a $1700 bill for a 100K service appt on car #1, car #2 was found to be without brakes. A day later, a $4800 bill was presented. Given that the vehicle in question is 10 years old with VERY low mileage, #2 was found to be without brakes. A day later, a $4800 bill was presented. Given that the vehicle in question is 10 years old with VERY low mileage, decision was made to purchase a new car. Sales rep was rude, unknowledgeable, and never went over features and components of the vehicle and needed to be corrected on several points. F&I manager kept the waiting process going for more than an hour, with no apologies, saying the sales rep was his brother and he was the only guy on - on the day of sale. At no point in the entire sales process was the cash sale of $23,000 acknowledged, and no thanks were given. They stated that the 10 year old vehicle was not wanted by the dealership, and would need to be removed by Monday (Deal was made Friday). They laughed at us and said "you will need to pay us to take this vehicle in trade". Leaving the dealership, the windshield wiper wasnt working, and when the driver pulled over to look at it, the assembly came off in his hand. This was brought to the attention of the dealership the following day, and repair was made. When the sales manager was made aware of the problems, then and only then did the sales rep call and try to resolve the issue. Next day, the wiper came completely off. Back to the dealership, where repair was made yet again. No owners manuals have been provided to the driver. The 10 year old vehicle was picked up and found to have simply minor - not major - issues. The brakes work fine. Estimate by an ASE certified mechanic indicates $350 will fix this 10 year old vehicle in excellent mint condition. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
I've been driving a 2002 Passat since I bought it at Atamian's over eight years ago, and Jason Polk has been terrific as the point person I've dealt with most often in the Service Department. I can't sa Atamian's over eight years ago, and Jason Polk has been terrific as the point person I've dealt with most often in the Service Department. I can't say enough about how helpful he's been, how honest and direct and customer oriented. It's never really fun bringing a car in for service, but Jason's done everything he can over the years to make it a positive experience. More
