Marques was awesome in trying to get my car serviced asap before vacation, which was only 3 months old. He did everything possible to make that happen but unfortunately was unable to. He gave us a brand ne before vacation, which was only 3 months old. He did everything possible to make that happen but unfortunately was unable to. He gave us a brand new CRV as a loaner to go on vacation until my car was fixed. He was very professional and great to work with and went above and beyond to make me satisfied. Over it with these people. I have brought my car in 2x in the last month to get fixed and each time its more dollar signs but yet my cars still not fixed. The problem I originally went for turned into other problems that didnt exist. I refuse to go back to have them continue “fixing” the original issue i rather just look into another place. Never in my years of service with them have I been this dissatisfied. More
