I wanted to write a review specifically for Daniel @ Service Department. He exemplifies what good customer service should be and ensures customers understand what service is provided. I purchased my Hon Service Department. He exemplifies what good customer service should be and ensures customers understand what service is provided. I purchased my Honda at Atamian in 2018 and got the best deal at the time by a wide margin. I will happily purchase my next vehicle from this dealership when the time comes around. Of course, I will continue to bring my Honda for service with Daniel for major items, etc. More

Again, John without any doubt knows his mission very well. From the Company / Service Perspective point was highly frustrated, and as well disappointed. I bought a LR4 / 11 gorgeous that I felt in love right way in person, 2 months after the purchase the car presented a computer message saying " restricted performance " , Immediately , I called the Dealer asking for help, they treat me like I was begging for money or anything free, with a very poor unskilled person dealing with me, and not returning my calls, after several attempts to hear a good answer , one of the " advisers" decided to call me and tell me that they didn't know how to fix my car, so I had to tow my car for the second time to another dealer. Frankly , how can you sell a car if you don't have any clue how to give or provide any type of maintenance service on that vehicle?? To be honest, to be here on this review website won't bring me any comfort at all, and sharing such a unpleasant negative unpleasant experience, it won't. But hope a small light can be here, if they don't delete my review som how. Nobody ever called me to really and sincere apologize for the lack of technical skills to fix the problem of the car, or even to level with the pain and expenses that I end it up paying in double . Very frustrated and disappointed. By the way, the brand of the truck is not German, its " British " . More
Our car broke down on the highway Saturday and we were far from home. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and took care of us right away. While all repairs could not be completed the same day- they booked us with an appointment first thing Monday morning. Ben called us throughout the day and was very helpful in explaining the issues, the needed repairs and coordinating with us on returning to pick up the car. While breaking down isn’t good- the experience with the dealership was excellent. Thank you! More
