My Review of Atamian Volkswagen:
This was my first time buying a vehicle from Atamian. My step father has bought 5 vehicles from them and has always been treated well. Kevin was a great sales person, easy to speak too and did his best to get me a deal that works for both me and the dealership. I was thrilled that we both could find a price that was good for the both of us. Bill Goulette is a great man to do business with. He knows his stuff and does not jerk you around. Straight to the point and always giving the best quotes. I hope to do business with Atamian again in the future. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used Honda or VW.

My Review of Atamian Volkswagen:
Kevin R. Collins from Atamian VW in Tewksbury is a true professional. He treated me and the purchase decision with respect, knows his product, and is a professional. Seemingly little things like holding the door open at first visit, calling me "sir" (OK, maybe I'm old enough to be his dad, but it was a nice touch), and greeting with a smile. He negotiated fairly and with zero high pressure. There were none of the dreaded "OK, now you have to see the boss" meetings. We concluded our simple transaction, which included valuation of a trade-in vehicle, in under an hour - a real benefit. His walk-through at vehicle pick up demonstrated his product experience and attention to detail. His commitment to 100% satisfaction was evident throughout the sales process. The financial settlement process with Joe Baker was also concise, complete, and no-nonsense.

Working with Bill and Kevin was great. They drove to Cape Cod to get the specific car that I wanted. Kevin went above and beyond on his day off to deliver some paper work to me personally. They were friendly and helpful and above all they gave me a what i felt was a great price on the car.

The price has been clear and respected. No changes by surprise.
The contact was very good and nice. People really wanted to do me comfortable and happy. Everyone was very available.
What could be improved : Some financial options have been me proposed at the least minute (guaranty extended...). I've declined because I was not clear and suspicious. Maybe if I had had these proposals in advance I could have been interested in.

My Review of Atamian Volkswagen:
I needed to buy a vehicle very quickly, within the next couple weeks. I had already been trying to purchase a VW through my local dealership in Beverly, but they were taking very long to get back to me with options for vehicles, and each time they got back to me, basic things had not been met (such as presenting me with automatic Jetta's when I specifically said I wanted a manual). SO I emailed Atamian through your website with my specifications . Bill answered my email request within 24 hrs with a couple vehicles meeting my specifications exactly. He quickly made an appointment for me, and when I arrived at Atamian the next day, John was my sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. I purchased a Jetta on that visit, and then John made sure to quickly move with the admin items in order for me to be able to take the car home that evening. The next day I came back to get my registration and sticker, and John came in on his day off to help me with this. Two days later I have a new car, all items taken care of, and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I just wish you guys were closer to my home so I could take my Jetta to you for service.

Overall, a positive buying experience. Prenegotiated a very aggressive price with Bill over email prior to visiting, then was met by John who took me through the test drive and buying. A little bit of the back and forth with the financing, but this is pretty much expected with any dealership. Would recommend.

Best car buying experience I've had ever....from the time I walked into the dealership to the test drive to the transaction to driving the car off the lot - which all happened in one day. Efficient, honest & an all around great experience. I highly recommend this dealer and will be taking my car back for all the regualar service even though there is another dealer much closer to where I live. It's worth driving the distance to work with such great people.

I would recommend Atamian VW/Honda to anyone buying a new or used car. The sales/management staff was extremely attentive & knowledgeable & were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They were also willing to work with me in negotiating a more affordable deal for the vehicle I purchased.
