I made an appointment online for a recall on my i7 as well as shorted B&W speaker in the head rest. She then went to look for a loaner and said it would be another 4-6 weeks before one would be available. When I commented that I had made the appointment 3 weeks ago and why were they just calling now, she said well you should have called. I just looked at it today. I said well isn't the i7 supposed to get concierge service? She said you didn't buy it here (they didn't have one at the time) so no. I can assure now I never will either. More
