I'm sure that other sales folks here great, but I had the pleasure of working with Faiz Hashmi on my first purchase at Auburn Chevrolet and called him again when the transmission failed on the family SUV. They make things so easy, especially if you know what you are looking for. Most of the work can be done online with a few emails or a few quick calls on the phone. When you arrive everything is all set and you are ready for a test drive and a few signatures! I don't believe I was at the dealership for more than an hour. They even made a mistake on my paperwork and I'll be damned if they didn't own the mistake and took the hit on their bottom line in order to honor the agreement! I received more than I expected for the trade in, even though they knew it was a mess. These folks are just a pleasure to work with. No hassle, no pressure and a friendly atmosphere. I'll always be back and glad that I took a chance a while back and made the drive to Auburn. This is my second car from Auburn Chevrolet and although I hope it's a while, I will be back!
