Best price for a quality car! 1 - They had the best prices for Toyota Camry on autotrader, car guru, true car, etc. 2 - After I bought it I took it to a Toyota dealership. It had new tires and new brakes and no leaks. 3 - Tim was very helpful and patient * The only thing I didn't like was when they tried to get me to get the extended warranty and gap insurance and Scotchgard. They were a little too pushy with that, especially because it's not needed for a Toyota Camry. More

For the quality and model I was looking for, I found that they had the best price within a 100 mile radius. I worked with Khalil, and received great customer service. Among other things, he helped reconfigure terms and reduce some of the cost the cost several days after I’d taken the car home. To that last point, as with any dealership, be prepared to ask questions, especially about financing options and other costs. As noted, we were able to adjust some costs after the fact, easily, and without hassle. They weren’t upfront about that in the beginning. But once I asked, it happened. More

I test drove all 3 cars, but ultimately the one with the panoramic sunroof stole my heart ! I had an amazing experience with both gentlemen answering all of my questions. I walked in the door with no appointment and was immediately greeted cheerfully by someone at the desk who quickly introduced me to Antonio Brewer who was awesome to deal with. He explained how Auction Direct worked then took me to the the Jeep I had seen online. Antonio was easy going and a pleasure to work with. When we returned from the test drive they had finished evaluating my trade-in and their offer was at the top end of the several other trade-in offers I had already received. Once I made up my mind to purchase the vehicle, the entire process took about an hour. It was my first visit to Auction Direct and I would suggest anyone give them a try. To me the place had a positive vibe and people seemed to like working there. Ask for Antonio and you won't be disappointed. More
