We approached Jerome on the lot to talk about the car and Jerome was very pleasant to work with. The entire visit with Jerome was very low pressure. We were at three other dealerships before we arrived at Audi Allentown. Two of the three dealerships did nothing but talk about their "pre-negotiated" no haggle pricing or how their dealership gets no traffic due to their geographic location and they have to use "bait" cars to bring in customers and weren't willing to work with us on the price. The third sold the car that I drove an hour to look at. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a good interaction after the previous three encounters with other dealerships. Ross, my sales associate and everyone at the dealership was great. The sales manager Brian gave me a great deal up front.....no haggling, pressure or "normal" sales tactics. Needless to say, I left with a new Q5. AJ and Nick in finance dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. The credit process was very smooth and painless.
