I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told it would take 90 mins. They didn't text me that it was done until about 2hours later. When I responded to them, I verified the car would g I was told it would take 90 mins. They didn't text me that it was done until about 2hours later. When I responded to them, I verified the car would go through the car wash. The person said I would get the car back cleaned. When I got there the care was never washed/cleaned. I asked why and she said they forgot to get it done and the guy left. The admitted that they had the opportunity to get it done and " they just forgot to do it" More
