My Review of Audi Chandler:
The staff at this dealership have always been very professional and extremely friendly. I am always made to feel as though I am their "best customer". The service department has always been reponsive to my needs and get the work I need done on a timely basis. I also feel like they have been very fair and do very good work.

My Review of Audi Chandler:
The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped me locate the car that I was looking for and made the whole process simple, ez and efficent. This is my third Audi and there is not a better car built for the money. I appreciate the staff and Audi Chandler and will return there for all my service work.

My Review of Audi Chandler:
My entire experience with Audi Chandler was extremely positive. I identified a certified pre-owned vehicle online and called to inquire about traveling from Tucson to visit the dealership for a look and test drive. I spoke with Adora Fryant, who was very receptive and offered to have the vehicle ready for my visit that evening.

Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and introduced to Adora, who immediately brought me to the car and offered one of the most detailed vehicle reviews I've experienced. We then took an extenisive test drive, during which Adora assured that I had a thorough opportunity to evaluate the car's performance and handling. She was very directed and proactive without being pushy.

Back at the dealership we negotiated a bit over price, however I did feel the car was already priced quite fairly for a CPO vehicle of its condition. Negotiations were brief and easy, with essentially none of the pressure and intenisty that is often encountered in these situations. Once the deal was made, Adora moved very quickly to process the deal, as it was already quite late and I still had a 1.5 hour drive home ahead. She then arranged to have the car delivered to my home in Tucson the following day so that I wouldn't have to drive back to Chandler. While this was offered to help seal the deal, it was a very much appreciated gesture, cleary indicative of the level of service and attention this dealership delivers.

Misty Gunter, the finance manager, handled all the necessary paperwork efficiently and was extremely friendly. She offered all the usual "add ons" and services, but once again was not pushy in any way. I've generally found this to be true with Audi dealers- not too much fuss or manipulation from the finance folks, quite different from my experience with other brands.

I left the dealership that night comfortable that I'd made a good purchase at a good price. I'd been treated fairly and respectfully. Adora called the next day to arrange delivery, and the car arrived on time as promised. She called again the following day to assure that all was well, and I notified her that a few minor items, such as a floor mat and a 12 volt outlet cover, were missing. She had these items shipped to me the next day.

Great car, and an overall very pleasant buying experience. After so many previous negative auto dealer encounters, this was a welcome change. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next Audi. Despite the 200 mile round trip from my home, I'd definitely return for my next vehicle.

I went to Berge Volkswagon initially due to it being close and convenient. I received unbelievable poor customer service. So I went to Audi and spoke to the service manager and voiced my complaints about the other dealer. The service people were friendly, my vehicle was ready in a timely manner, my bill was correct, everything was explained to me up front, and my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. I have been back 2 or 3 times since and everytime I get treated like I am the only customer they have. Great Service!!!

Audi Chandler offers sales and service second to none. I have been buying both new and used Audis from them for 10 years and have been fortunate to be able to recommend them to both friends and family. Mike Westbrook has been extermely helpful over the years and Todd Butler's service department has been outstanding. Even my wife likes going there since we are treated like family. We highly recommend them to anyone.

My Review of Audi Chandler:
Everything that a Premium Auto buying experience should be, and more. All staff are affable, approachable, and direct; all financial matters succinct and sound. One is made to feel like part of the family & a Special Person for buying a Special Automobile. The care I have received so far includes an unscheduled maintenance visit, where I was welcomed, assisted, and made to feel that my mechanical concerns about my car were paramount to the them - NOT an attitude that I am used to. I was offered a loaner, the car was fixed and washed, and I was back enjoying my sports car in fairly record time....without the benefit of having had the appointment scheduled. Since my first contact call, through the process of locating the right car in color and equipment, to the extremely reasonable and low-stress pricing of the car with the Sales Manager, Audi Chandler has exceeded my expectations, reinforced my notions, and helped me attain a dream in the purchase of my Automative Art/Sports Car, the TT 2.0 Coupe. Because my feelings were never set aside in favor of profit and because I received so much reinforcement for my enthusiasm, my loyalty both to the brand and to the dealer will remain inviolate for so long as both shall exist. I will (and have already) recommend Audi Chandler to my friends, family, and coworkers, all of whom turn to me as a source of car info (being the "car guy" in those particular circles). I am also going to be spending $3k-$5k on brand-approved aftermarket modifications, again because of the solid info and enthusiastic response to my inquiries. I've bought new and used Audi's from Audi of Chandler since my first 1.8L TT in 2000. Everyone in sales and service are professional, honest and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi. Before you buy from Mercedes or BMW, make sure you talk to Audi of Chandler.
