My wife and I drove from NC to see one of their vehicles in stock. Since stepping inside their premises we had nothing but delightful customer service. Patient and courteous sales staff.

They went outside of their comfort zone to make our experience unique. We are proud Audi owners!

After being given the run around with other dealers, I decided to just go straight to the Audi delaer and try my luck. I am so glad I did. I was looling for a used Audi A8, particularly white. Fell in love with the car at first sight. Sean is a very knowledgable and helpful salesman. No pressure what so ever and this was my very first time trying to finance a car. The prep work didn't take long at all. And the best part was yet to come. Diana got me approved for the vehicle. Interest rate wasn't the best but she reassured me that she can do better when the banks open up on Monday! She delivered on her promise. She got my interest rate cut in half! How awesome is that!!!! My experience with this dealer has been nothing less then perfect! I'm an Audi fan for life!

I visited Audi of Chantilly to buy a 2011 A4 Premium Plus CPO. Unfortunately my experience was pretty bad from several aspects.
Customer service was poor as even paged multiple times, the sales rep I made the appointment on the phone (Mort) didn't even acknowledge me. Only after approx 1 hr I was able to test drive the car (thanks Lily). I liked the car and started the price negotiation when I found out that the car is not CPO. The car is posted on Cars.com as CPO and that's how I selected it. For a non CPO car the price was too high even after a $500 discount.
In short, I was treated like they didn't want to sell the car, there was misleading information posted online and the price was way too high for non CPO car.

I recently purchased my new vehicle from Audi Chantilly. I worked with Stefanie Gracie, and I must say she is the bestest ! The Audi name sells itself, however a less than attentive and less than responsive sales associate can do much to sully the process and is the reason for my low rating of this dealership. If common courtesy can't be observed than what else is not getting sufficient attention?

After corresponding via email and phone calls with the assigned Audi sales associate, I arrived prepared to buy a vehicle which was previously identified and discussed with the dealer. I called an hour and half prior to my arrival on the scheduled day and left a message for Ms. Mihan regarding my arrival.

After a very pleasant greeting from the receptionist upon my arrival I was met by Ms. Mihan who advised that the car in question had been sold the night before.

My biggest beef here, I would have respected the news of the car being sold prior to my arrival to the dealership on a Friday afternoon during rush traffic, and prior to driving nearly two hours after arriving in Washington that day after an 18 hour delayed international flight with the intention of purchasing a very specific car.

That lack of common courtesy is hard to recover from in this situation. While there, I took advantage of the opportunity to test drive other vehicles, and was offered the same price as the car sold the night before. However the idea that no one could advise me by simply calling or leaving a message to inform me that the vehicle had sold overshadowed the experience.

The experience with this dealership and sales associate ultimately helped me to make up my mind that perhaps this wasn't the right time for an Audi after all.

Luxury buying experience for a luxury car...My anxieties in buying a used car were quickly put to ease by Stephanie Gracie and Matt Nicol. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I highly recommend them both and will definitely come back to buy my next Audi!

Buying a car is not typically associated with the phrase "enjoyable experience". However, the experience at Audi of Chantilly was exactly that. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel at home and comfortable. My sales expert, Matt, was knowledgeable, passionate, helpful, and an all around pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and genuinely cared. Finance Director Diana goes above and beyond to ensure the financing is the absolute best possible. She is very good at what she does and she loves it - and it shows. Audi of Chantilly has put together a great team and everyone here should be proud of the great work that they do! The entire experience here was incredible and I love my 2013 A5 convertible. I will send everyone I know to Audi Chantilly and I will be back here for my next vehicle. My deepest appreciation and thanks to both Matt and Diana.

Great experience at Audi Chantilly buying an A6 from Aba Cole. No pressure, lots of help finding the car we wanted, good pricing. Highly recommend Aba as a salesperson. Dealership is nicely laid out and not overcrowded. Our initial contacts with service dept were also very good.

I have always dreaded the car buying process, but the moment that I entered the showroom, I felt at ease. Anthony took the time to listen and understand what I wanted in a new car. He show me options that made the final choice easy. He made sure that the price fit within my budget, and that the car matched my needs. There was no high pressure!
