We had an outstanding experience working with Nick at Coral Springs Audi. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he even stayed after hours to help us learn how to navigate all the features of our Volvo. Nick made sure we received the best price possible and also assisted us with a Volvo recall adjustment, which we really appreciated. His professionalism, patience, and dedication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
