I have always dreaded car buying/leasing. As a single mother, the overall feeling of vulnerability when deciding on a car has prevailed over the excitement of actually GETTING a new car. After my experience at Audi Coral Springs, that has finally changed. The entire experience was very different than those I'd had at other dealerships. Steve Kincaid, my salesperson, was very informative and knowledgeable. He returned phone calls with answers to my questions when he was NOT at work, and even took the time on his day off to meet me at the showroom when I picked up my Q5, explaining and demonstrating all of the instruments for me.
The showroom itself was very impressive and everyone was pleasant and helpful.
I highly recommend this dealership, this car and Steve Kincaid.

After test driving the vehicle I wanted twice and trying to negotiate with a dealership my local area (DC/MD/VA), I went online to expand my car search. My nationwide car hunt led me to Geno Walsh at Audi Coral Springs. Mr. Walsh was the first to respond to my online inquiry. He was direct and professional (traits I admire!) and referred me to work directly with Mike Rakowski on the sale of my vehicle...and boy was I in for a treat! I knew what I wanted and Audi Coral Springs had the best price. Mr. Rakowski worked with me to put together a deal in a day! By the time we were done talking, I had a plane ticket to fly to FL the very next day. Mr. Rakowski met me at the airport in Ft. Lauderdale and even stopped so that I could pick up lunch on the way back to the dealership (as I hadn't eaten anything all morning). After lunch, he showed me the details of the car and we went for a test drive (just to ensure that everything was ok). During the test drive, Mr. Rakowski showed me things about the car that even the other dealer in MD didn't know about when I asked! He then walked me through all the options for the vehicle and then I went over to Mr. Jim Philips the Finance manager. He also demonstrated professionalism and walked me through the financial details of the deal. He had every paper ready for explanation and signature. All of the guys demonstrated enthusiasm and professionalism...the entire team! There wasn't a weak link among them. I mean one day I was TALKING about getting an Audi and by the next afternoon I'd flown over several states and drove off the lot with a new vehicle. While many things could have gone wrong...nothing did! Talk about a great experience and it's all because I dealt with seasoned professionals. I have nothing but good things to say about this sales team who knows how to get it done! Thanks for a great experience and I love my new Audi!

I have been buying vehicles for over 20 years, and this was, by far, my best car purchasing experience. No haggling. Geno Walsh, the sales manager greeted me first. He quickly pinpointed my needs within my budget and narrowed down the choices of vehicle. Then, he introduced me to Mike Rakowski who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took me on several test drives so I could make a fully informed decision. Once I decided on what I wanted to purchase, Mike and Geno gave me several pricing options and Audi Coral Springs had an incredible inventory on hand, so the exact vehicle I wanted was ready within an hour. I then met Tony Carenza in the financing department and the usual issues that come up when finalizing the deal never materialized. In fact, the experience was quite the opposite. No pressure to purchase any add-ons and Tony was quick to get me through the paperwork processing and on my way with my new Audi. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. The professionalism, courtesy, honesty and genuine sense that my needs and issues were of utmost importance was a "breathe of fresh air" in the otherwise rough experience associated with buying a car.

Pre-Owned car buyer. I got THREE cars from here !
I first visited this dealership after seeing a car I liked on the website. A used Audi, few years old. I visited the dealership and was greeted by Richardson. After telling him what car I saw on the website he took me right to it. No b.s. , no sales talk, no '' bait n switch '' etc.. We found the pre-owned car and took it for a drive. Everything was on point with the car. Discussing finance options was a breeze. Everything is shown and explained to you (more than once if you don't understand) on the paperwork. Once this was done we went to the finance manager and since I was buying a preowned car I opted for some extended warranty. The finance manager shows you ALL the options and you pick what you want, not what they want. If you are unsure about the warranty packages and/or coverage they will explain it to you. after some finance paperwork, I was issued a new license plate ( not a temp tag, a real plate ) and off I went into my new (pre-owned) car !

I tell anyone who asks or who I here talking about getting a car, be it new OR used, to go here. My family has purchased THREE cars from this dealership, one wasn't even an Audi ! again, pre-owned. It seems like this dealership is very selective on what used cars they bring in to sell and they are always exactly how described.

My first Audi and first experience at Coral Springs Audi was when a friend of mine decided to get his A4 cab traded in for an A5. I had my eyes on an A6 for some time. When I stopped in to spend time with my friend, I talked to Gina about a pre-owned one on the lot. She took me out for a test drive. I enjoyed it very much. Gina was very helpful, however it just wasn't meant to be. Several weekends later while out shopping with other friends, I decided to stop by again this time to check out a new S4. We met Mike Rakowski on the show room floor when he greeted us. I suppose I had fallen in love with that gleaming Estoril Blue Crystal S4 just feet away from Mike's desk because I kept thinking about it while Mike spoke accolades about the car. It was clear he was more than a sales person, he's an owner, and a fan. We took an S4 out for a test drive fully loaded (including 4 friends). Mike's exceptional knowledge of the car enhanced my appreciation for Audi's technical advances. I understood (and felt) what he meant when the S4 changed characteristics between COMFORT and DYNAMIC modes. Mike's enthusiasm, the experience of the drive (under full load) and beauty of the design sold me. I also appreciated Mike's non-pressured approach. He was systematic and methodical. He worked not just with me, but with my friends/advisors who had come with me that day. I felt he genuinely wanted to ensure that I had a good experience. Mike also keeps in touch with me, ensuring that any questions were answered promptly. I really appreciated his relaxed, non-pressured demeanor, wealth of knowledge and genuine love for Audi cars.

Steve Kincaid was such a wonderful Audi Brand Specialist. He was resourceful and extremely knowledgeable about Audi products. He was very patient with the numerous questions that I had. He made my "car shopping" experience relaxed and comfortable. I plan on being an Audi owner for years to come :)!!

The Coral Springs Audi dealership provided the best car buying experience I ever had. It was a pleasure working with Steve Kincaid. He is a knowledgeable, professional, honest and pleasant salesman. He is an asset to the dealership and should be commended on how he works with their clients. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. They also serviced my previous Audi and were exemplary in this area as well.

Great overall experience. Everything went very smooth and never felt pressured to buy. I drove well out of my way to deal with this dealership. A testimony to their friendliness and knowledge. Would gladly do business with them again.
