Service took several days which is ok but when it came to updating me there is significant room for improvement. I called twice to get an update and didn't get a callback. I was told I would get a text befor updating me there is significant room for improvement. I called twice to get an update and didn't get a callback. I was told I would get a text before the job would be done so I could approve it but I did not receive one. When I picked up my car I did not receive a good explanation as to what was done. The guy who helped me told me to ask the young man giving me the invoice and my keys what had been done to my car. Furthermore, I was charged a gas fee when I returned the loaner car despite the fact that I returned it at the level I received it with. I called about this and a female worker said she would call me back about it but never did. Disappointed with the service overall. More
