Kyle in Service was very helpful explaining my tire wear and in general making sure I was cared for. While waiting for my service Epi in Sales observed me on a web conference sitting near his desk (it was and in general making sure I was cared for. While waiting for my service Epi in Sales observed me on a web conference sitting near his desk (it was quieter and I thought the desk was unused). He offered me candy and showed me the new customer conference room near the back of the store; much better environment for my call. Great service by all. More
