Service is top notch — great facility, knowledgeable and attentive staff, and they are a real customer advocate on dealing with warranty issues. Best customer service in their service department. My wife has a BMW and frankly BMW Plano has absolutely horrible customer service and treats you more like a number versus a name. THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE I WOULDN'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM IF THEY WAS THE LAST DEALERSHIP ON EARTH I LOVE THE CAR BUT HATE TO EVEN HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE DEALERSHIP.
