Absolutely the worst Internet dealer EVER! I experienced the absolute poorest customer treatment.. Called to purchase vehicle and was lied to primarily by management.. I would not recommend buying a 25 cent piece of gum from them ... i was purchasing a vehicle with my own financing and they would never follow up with me or the bank request.. and would not send verification of vehicle condition.. would not negotiate so I agreed within a few min. To give asking price .. 2 days later after bank was pressuring me for there end of the paperwork.. I called them and truck was sold out from under me ... And i was lied to about it repeatedly... Ariel was very polite and extremely helpful but salesman conflict made it to where he had to step aside... The president Rick was extremely polite after the fact .In no way do I think that my experience with poor salesmen should effect the buying experience for others . More

When it came to purchasing, there was no back and forth like you can get with other dealers, David set us up with Nick from finance and the process was quick and went smoothly. In my 50+ years of buying cars, Note also, I have purchased 4 cars from Cavender Audi Terry is the absolute best that I have seen. Terry is Customer Oriented, and works hard for his customers. His performance over a number of years has been outstanding in every respect! I will but from him again! Mojda Abdulrashid has been my Service Advisor for many years. She is focused, and Technically proficient.I would rate her among the top 2% of all Service Advisors that I have worked with. Juan the get ready Manager is likewise outstanding! His work through the years has been superb! The job that he and his team did on our A-6 was simply outstanding.! More
Poor customer service Went to Cavender Audi on IH-10 this morning to decide between an A6 or an S5, which we plan to purchase. Receptionist stated all of the salesmen were in a meeting and it would be just a few minute. Waited not quite 20 minutes and finally saw the salesmen start wandering out to their desks. There were two other customers beside myself and my wife in the lobby, so we waited patiently. After sitting there watching the salesmen visit each other and view sites on their computers for several more minutes, I saw the receptionist get up and walk to a salesman at his computer and say something to him. He looked over at my wife and I, then went back to viewing whatever it was on his computer. I waited another few minutes for a salesman, then gave up and politely told the receptionist we were leaving. I explained to her that part of buying a premium car is the expectation that you are treated well at the dealership, not ignored for over 30 minutes. The receptionist was very nice and quite apologetic. We will buy from the Austin Northside Audi dealership, where they are very attentive. It is a shame, since Cavender Audi is quite a bit closer, but Cavender's customer service is terrible. Just lost a $76,000 sale guys. More

Had the same experience when I took a friend of mine in to buy a used car. Cavander Audi worked with us until the buyer was completely satisfied. After making some calls to speed things along, Michael, a member of management called and was very nice, takes to me almost 30 mins explaining some of the challenges this small 17 bay service center faces, and what they have been doing to correct the issues, like building a much larger facility. At the end my car was ready within the hour and Michael himself came and picked me up. The extra attention I was given after getting upset was very much appreciated. Thank you guys I appreciate it. I have had to take my vehicle in on more occasions than I wished for due to accid Ms. Abdulrashid consistently delivers outstanding customer service. I have had to take my vehicle in on more occasions than I wished for due to accidental tire repairs, but I always look forward to interacting with Mojda. She is consistent in her communication in always providing updates w my repairs and always accommodating with my busy schedule. At times, I've had to wait a few minutes, but it's given me an opportunity to observe her interactions with other customers and she delivers the same level of excellent customer service with everyone she interacts with. She seems to know her customers well as she acknowledges them by their name at the entrance of the service department. More
Superior Customer Service - Josh Taylor I purchased my 2011 Audi a year ago at another dealership. I had engine failure issues and I contacted the Cavender Audi repair center reaching Josh. I purchased my 2011 Audi a year ago at another dealership. I had engine failure issues and I contacted the Cavender Audi repair center reaching Josh. Although he was working with a third party warranty department to approve repairs/payment, Josh took me under his wing and assured me that as an Audi family member, I would be taken care of. He has been courteous, professional, and understanding. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired to the best quality that it should be. In fact, the third part warranty department wanted to correct the issues in the "cheapest" way and Josh advocated on behalf to ensure that it was done correctly. I went from crying because I was broke down on the side of the road to feeling like I was being supported by a family member. He understood my situation and held my hand through the entire process. I know that my car is in better shape than it was when I first drove it off the lot. Thank you so much for taking care of me in my car "crisis!" Josh and Cavender Audi have been an absolute Godsend and I want to thank everyone for their professionalism and hospitality. Absolutely amazing dealership and crew! More
